EXTREMELY RARE: Large and very substantial(weighs 20 troy oz.) sterling OPEN serving bowl hand made by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1931. Beautifully hand hammered, this piece measures 11" by 7" by 2 1/2" high. It has a rounded bottom and sides with beautiful handles. The sides are rounded inward and will not accept a top. It is complete and was made to be an open bowl and not a casserole dish. Marked "WS 925 MEXICO" and is in excellent condition.......$30 for insured US shipping.

Obsidian and 970 silver modernist necklace by Antonio Pineda, Mexico, c.1950's. Made of heavy gauge silver, this famous necklace is in excellent condition. Extremely rare and large sterling figural pin by Abraham Paz, Mexico c.1930. He designed for Fred Davis, so it is clear that this famous design was created by Paz. Here, we see a variation on a theme, with a man wearing a serape and holding a rope. The signature is RARE showing the Paz mark, which this antique dealer has never seen before. It is signed "CAP(stylized) HECHO EN MEXICO D.E. A.PAZ 0.925" and is in excellent condition. Of very good size, it measures 2 3/4" high by 1 5/8" wide...

RARE and BEST Salvador Teran necklace I've ever seen and possibly one of a kind. Made in Mexico, c.1952, it is a LARGE pendant of a woman praying wearing a shawl and skirt measuring 2 3/4" long by 1 1/4" wide. She has red arms and a black face, but not sure what those materials are. The linked neckring locks perfectly in place and measures approx. 15 1/4" around. It is signed "SALVADOR STERLING MEXICO 510 (bellmark)36". Can also be worn as a brooch. The modernist design is a true work of art...

Man w/guitar silver pin by Fred Davis, Mexico, c.1930. Measures 2 3/8" high by 1 5/8" wide and is signed "MADE IN MEXICO FD SILVER". Closes with early "C" clasp. Excellent condition except for a pinpoint dent at the middle of the face. Can be repaired by adding silver to that area but please check with your jeweler. Classic sterling "dog bone" cuff by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1945. Signed "SPRATLING SILVER(in oval) WS SPRATLING MADE IN MEXICO" and is in very good condition, except for a small crack in the silver in the back of the cuff only. Cuff measures 7/8" at the dog bone and 9/16" for the rest. The opening is 1 1/8" and the inside circumference measures 5 3/4"......$18 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY tax.

Modernist 4-piece sterling set including necklace, bracelet, earrings, and pin by Sigi, Mexico, c.1950's. The design is made of concave twisted bows of oxydized silver surrounded by a border of shiny silver. The NECKLACE measures 17" around(closed) and each of the 9 links measures 1 3/4" by 1/2" wide. The BRACELET measures 8 1/2" around(closed) and each of the 7 links measures 1" by 1/2" and has a safety chain. The PIN measures 1 5/8" long by 1" wide...

One of the best and largest silver pins by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1948. Beautiful repouseed floral pin showing play between oyxidized deep lines and shiny surface silver. Very large, it measures 3 1/2" long by 3 1/4" wide. Signature is unusual showing eagle mark(not usual bellmark), one of the earliest dies ordered from Germany - "eagle mark 940 HA TAXCO".
