Stunning Chinese carved double Dragon Mother of Pearl Shell table display Plaque, Ca. 18th century, 8" high, 8 1/2" wide, 1 1/2" high/deep, with beautifully detailed 3 dimensional carving, double Dragon chasing "Happiness" Chinese Character in the center, the face, eye balls, claws and scales are delicately detailed and painstakingly carved. The backside is plain, somewhat rough less polished than front and light purplish natural colors in upper area areas, and the carved bottom area is thicker than top thin area. The condition is good, no damages or any kind of restorations.

Chinese Export carved Ivory Box for European Market, Ca. 1850, 2 1/8" high, 9 5/8" wide, 3 3/4" deep, with exquisite deep three(3) dimensional carvings of typical Chinese Scholars reading Poems and other activities in the Pavilions in the Garden scenery inside Cartouches on top, front, back and both sides within sprigs of floral design border. It has European style brass hinges, and key holes which is not working, small upper section brass lock compartment is missing, the bottom is rosewood. There are some stains and separation of the joints caused by the nature of the ivory and age.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Vase, Qianlong period 1736-1795, 10" high, 4 1/2" wide-maximum width, 1 5/8" diameter for top rim, with four(4) attached red Squirrels around neck area(chips on 2 squirrel's mouth), high relief vines and flowers on both sides, enclosed within two(2) panels of overglaze enamel design of floral bouquets and bugs inside two(2) panels, highlighted in gold, some berries have glaze chips. All the vines, berries are attached on the main body of the vase. No missing pieces except the chips from the mouth of two(2) squirrels and some colored glaze are off from some berries and old glaze hairline on the neck.

Japanese Tansu, heavy Keyaki Wood and Black Wrought Iron mounted Hardware one piece Tansu or Chest, Ca. Meiji 1890 - 1910, 30" high, 33" wide, 17 1/2" deep with graduated three(3) long drawers, secondary wood for interior and back is Cedar wood, heavy thick Black Iron large round back plates and handles, black iron wrapped around every corners in front and back, edges of the front decorated with black iron very close together, two(2) round handles on each side lower area for easier lifting because this Tansu is very heavy piece, and above two(2) handles has lift up two(2) square handles for carrying with wooden stick by two(2) men front and back. The finish is original reddish dark Brown chestnut color on the beautiful Keyaki wood Grains, couple splits in the back side from shrinkage over the years.

Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Vase converted to a Lamp, Qianlong period, Ca. 1711-1790, marked on bottom in red, 16 1/2" high with old fitted Stand, 8 1/2" - 5 3/4" wide-top, 13 3/4" high for Porcelain Vase only, 6" - 4 1/2" wide-bottom. This is one of the best Chinese Imperial quality Porcelain vase, every decoration was used with one(1) hair brush, raised geometric white design on the Turquoise color background outside the four(4) Cartouches depicting daily life, women and kid playing, horse grooming, Rickshaw drawn by horse and young rider, tapered cut corner four(4) sides are filled with extremely thin hair brush strokes of flowers and foliage between red circles. The shoulder is flat and rise to a long round neck flared out towards to the top rim filled with floral small fine decoration, band of low relief raised mythological animal form in the center. Bottom is drilled during early 1940's, still shows red Qianlong mark(hole in the center) inside glazed recessed square in the center, rest of the bottom is unglazed. Hunghuali carved wood stand is also beautifully carved aged together with Vase. Top rim is professionally restored, lamp shade is included.

Chinese Export Canton Blue and White Porcelain Water Bottle, Ca. 1820's, 12 3/4" high, 9 1/2" wide-widest part, 2 3/8" diameter-top rim, 6 1/4" diameter-bottom rim, with heavy potted body decorated with one(1) scholar studying inside the Pavilion near the lake, and boats under the willow tree connected with bridge to the other side of the hill with more Pavilions in two(2) separate panels in underglaze blue, band of large Tobacco leaves decorated on the neck area, and rain and cloud design just below the top rim. There is a one(1) shallow old stained glaze flake chip on the top rim about 1/4" long and 1/8" wide.

Chinese Export Fitzhugh pattern Blue and White Porcelain oval shape covered Vegetable serving Dish with original cover, Ca. 1790-1800, 4 1/2" high, up to the top of the Acorn shape knob, 11 3/4" x 8 5/8" wide. This is early Fitzhugh porcelain with very fine and delicately decorated Chrysanthemums and Peony sprigs in four(4) sections within diapers and spearheads border which is done with very exact and fine brush strokes in underglaze blue. Same design is on the top of the cover. The glaze is greenish blue transparent color, typical 18th century glaze, and the bottom outside is unglazed. There is a kiln firing mark under the Acorn shape knob. No damages or restorations.

Japanese Keyaki wood with beautiful bold grain two(2) section Tansu with movable Brass Turtle and Eagle decoration on Black Iron Round Back Plate with Brass rim, heavy weight, Meiji period, 1890-1900, 46" high, 48" wide, 17 1/2" deep with two(2) graduated long drawers in upper section above one(1) shorter drawer next to two(2) small secret drawers inside the heavy black iron mounted blind door on the bottom right side. The secondary wood is Cedar and Cypress mixed on the side and inside the drawers. All the black iron lock plates are decorated with Brass Turtle and black iron Eagles with Brass beak, Brass Turtles are swing around to cover the key holes. All the handles and corners are also black iron. Some of the black iron corners on the bottom area shows sign of old age, small pieces are broken off, couple small dents and old age wood separations are on the top, otherwise the condition is good.

Black Iron raised Eagle back plates with Brass Turtle around key holes, handles are also heavy weight black iron, all the corners are wrapped around with black iron. Tansu has square wide and long handles for carrying on the side, and bottom and top sections can be fasted with these side handles, mixed wood inside the drawer, Cedar wood smells good. The condition is all original.
