Pre Columbian Moche gilt metal snake Belt-Sash hook, rare and very well made with hand worked scales. The metal has not been checked through xrf testing to ascertain metal content, so we are listing this as gilt and not tumbaga. Koryo dynasty celadon bowl. The exterior with white and black slip inlaid decoration of chrysanthemum roundels within double rings and a scrolling vine pattern the interior with an upper scrolling pattern with 4 floral sprays. The olive green glaze pooling to blue-green and burned in the kiln to a drab tone on a portion of the exterior. 12th to 13th century. Good condition. Diameter 8 inches . Height almost 2 1/2 inches

Japanese Meiji Mixed metal Box with faux wood grain. The box in the form of a Koto (zither) case with wonderful copper menuki like appliques. This is the best box we currently have the lid fits tight . The side panel at base moves slightly . Size l 4.25"w 1.25"

Korean Silla stoneware rounded pot with lid , the body has an elaborate pressed and incised pattern and the lower section has an olive glaze . The lid missing its finial the pot has rim chips . Rare shape nice design. diameter 4.5"h 3.5".

Lopburi bronze figure of a Radiant Lokesvara, or "Lord of the World" in sanskrit. Avalokitesvara, the bodhisattva of compassion. Covered in scores of miniature representations of Buddha on his shirt, he also has toe rings one attribute is missing. Size h 4.5" by 2.25" wide some loss from bronze decay , the face though still visible has sloughed off a bit.

A Kashan silhouette-ware pottery bowl, Central Iran, circa 1200 of gently rounded conical form, the rim black slip incised with large lappet panels and the center depicting a seated figure on a throne with vines. The plate in in near perfect condition no cracks chips or restoration and is paper thin...

Japanese Meiji-Taisho Mixed metal Charger signed. The plate with 3 flying cranes over water . Very well sculpted and finished the rim and foot as well as the weight have a feeling of quality construction.The back signed by the artist, size just over 7" diameter.

Japanese Meiji heavy Silver clad Charger with Geishas , fine sculpting with great details such as the hair and clothing patterning. The charger is unsigned fine condition. Weight 872 g and is 9.75" diameter and stands on 3 small feet.

Korean Silla Stoneware Tall incised pot, Silla Period, 4th-6th C. stoneware with a slight natural ash glaze and incised comb patterns on the neck between two double lines. The pedestal base with cut out designs, the base repaired as seen in pictures as well as a chip to the rim but otherwise in great condition.Size H 14" W 11"

The figure is unsigned. Dimensions h. 20", w. 6-3/4", d. 3-1/4"; overall h. 26", w. 9-1/2", d. 9-1/2"

Antique Asian Silver metal and Coral Turquoise Prayer Wheel, well made with extensive wire work as well as set with real cabachon stones in Turquoise Lapis and Coral. The metal content is unknown and the wheel is made of 3 parts and open easily so if this were to be used I would glue the lid and base together . L 8.5" selling asis due to the loose nature of the 3 piece cylinder. 3 turquoise stones are missing

Vintage Sterling silver Thai Burmese Continental lot. Group lot 4 weighted Thai sterling place card holders work well as picture or business card stands on a desk. A pair of heavy well cast and chased salt and pepper shakers tight lids could be used to store ground flowes and last is a pair of sterling English? salt and pepper shakers weigh able is 101 g the Thai place card holders could not be weighed > The Burmese or Thai sp shakers are 64 g alone.

Kushan Islamic turquoise blue glazed oil lamp with elongated spout, pad base, tall neck and flared rim. The lamp measures 5 ins. in length. The turquoise glaze has a black design detail and a wonderful iridescent surface. The top of the rim chipped, superb color and glaze, and overall a very fine example old restoration and reconstruction as is usual with pottery of this kind. Provenance purchased in Iran in 1968 please see image showing copy of original purchase invoice.
