A fine hand painted and gold trimmed Dresden factory painted porcelain lidded jam or marmalade pot by Donath & Co. c1900. This 5-1/2" tall serving piece features different floral scenes on each panel between the footed columns and on the lid; it is marked with DRESDEN with the crown mark for Donath & Co. (1893-1916), and it has a gold rose painted over the Thomas maker's name. It also has the retailer's stamp for Ryrie Bros. Ltd. of Toronto (who were bought out by Birks in the 1920s)...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Wehsener Dresden in the late 19th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The porcelain has an egg shell, translucent quality. The set is hand decorated with large sprays of colorful flowers. Little sprigs of flowers dot the surface of the porcelain. Fancy gilding trims the edges of each piece. Condition: Excellent

German Meissen Porcelain Creamer with three(3) curved feet, 1920's, 3 3/4" high, 3 3/4" wide with handle. Hand painted floral decoration with gilt around the top, handle and the feet. Underglaze blue cross sword mark on the bottom. There is about 1/4" long kiln crack mark on white area under the glaze. No damages or restoration work on this creamer.

An oversized plate (10 ½ inches (26.7 cm) diameter) with a hand painted bouquet of petunias in the center, surrounded by a thick gilt band and the elaborately molded lip with the molding picked out in gold. The printed blue KPM mark on the bottom was used during the years 1847 to 1849. There is also an incised Roman numeral four and possibly the number 14. It was probably used as a serving plate for pastry or cake.

Condition: no chips cracks hairlines or repairs...

A molded porcelain figure of a man in 18th century dress turned slightly to his right to warm his hands over a flaming brazier, emblematic of winter. The figure is marked on the base with the underglaze blue “F.” for Furstenberg. It also has the impressed marks A.a.M for a later production of the model which has the impressed number 85. 7 3/8 inches (19 cm) tall.

Condition: excellent except for the amputation of the fingertips of the right hand.
