Very rare, dating circa 1820, American cut lead crystal wash basin and water pitcher set. Possibly by Bakewell Glass of Pittsburgh, the set is in excellent condition, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The bowl measures 7.5" high x 16.25 diameter. The pitcher measures 12.5 inches high.

This set of 11 flint glass cordial glasses was produced around 1830.  It was probably made at the Sandwich glass factory or some other renowned New England glass company.  They measure 3 1/2 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 1 3/4 inches.  These glasses are hand blown with a rough pontil on the foot.  They are cut with a panel pattern...

A heavy Bristol green rummer, the stem with a nice grip, and a wine glass. Mouth blown and made around 1810, the rims softly rounded. The pontil mark of the wine glass removed by grinding, while it is still left on the rummer. Some little air bubbles, the rim of the wine glass with a mark from the tongs used to cut the bowl loose from the pontil. Height "5 ½ / 14 cm and "4 / 11 cm respectively. Condition: fine, except for a minimal scratch mark to the bowl of the rummer.

This is a wonderful early glass sugar bowl, in a deep cobalt blue color, from Scotland or Northern England. It is delightfully gilded with the saying "Be Canny with the Sugar". The rim is also gilded.

The bowl is on a stem with two flattened knops, above a folded foot with a rough, snapped pontil. It stands 4 1/8" tall and is 4 5/8" in diameter. The condition is excellent, with no chips or restoration...

An English sweetmeat glass of exceptionally elegant form, the flared cup bowl with moulded flutes on an 8 sided teared Silesian stem with three basal collars above a domed moulded foot. 6 5/8 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 4 1/8 inches and a foot diameter of 3 1/3 inches. Perfect condition. Rough, snapped pontil.

A very similar glass with a less developed bowl (shown in the last picture), was exhibited at Delomosne and Son as part of the Seton Veitch Collection.

This is a beautiful and elegant 18th lead toasting glass. It is of two part construction, and features a flared drawn trumpet bowl, and a multiple spiral (MSAT) stem on a conical foot with a rough snapped pontil.

Excellent color with good tool marks and striations on the bowl and foot; pristine condition. Please note that what appears to be a disturbance on the front of the bowl is merely a reflection or glare.

A tall 7 1/4" in height, 2 7/16" bowl diameter, 2 11/16" foot diameter.

An elegantly proportioned and executed Georgian wine flute, of lead metal. The drawn trumpet bowl sits above a double series opaque twist (DSOT) stem which is comprised of a pair of spiral threads around a central gauze. Conical foot with rough, snapped pontil.

The condition of the glass is excellent, with no cracks or chips. Good color, striations, and tool marks. There is a very small pot stone at the foot rim. Any discolorations, specks, or streaks are due to the photos...

A pair of Milchglas / milk glass cups and saucers with flower decoration in gaudy enamels, made around 1760. Relief moulded wth ribbed and diamond-patterned sides and applied foot rims. The model is to be found in the Corning glass museum collections and elsewhere as originating from the glassworks of Flühli in Swiss Luzern. Diameter of saucers "5 ¼ / 13 cm, of cups "3 ¼/ 8 cm. Condition: one cup with old and yellowed glue repair (cf. pics).
