Offered is this pair of beautiful hand-painted vases. Made on acid-dipped frosted glass, each vase is 14 1/2 inches (37 cm) tall. Unsigned, but probably made by Mont Joye. In very good condition (the inner-rim of one vase looks chipped, but is smooth and gilded, so perhaps it occurred during fabrication - see last picture).

A pretty Victorian mercury glass vase in tapered and ribbed columnar form with a foot. The body has a matte surface decorated with a pretty bouquet of blue and white flowers. The vase has a nice small size that is not easy to find.

Origin: Bohemia, ca. 1870. Condition: excellent, a tiny area of oxidation near the base of the bouquet, no plug. Size: 6-1/8” tall.

Offered is this beautiful hand-painted jug or decanter (9 1/2 inches or 24 cm in length), made probably by Moser. There is beautiful enameling on the container. There is damage to the duck's beak (a long flake and chip - see last two pictures). The container fluoresces a gentle-green under black-light - so, its glass-blank is of late 19th century or early 20th century Bohemian origin.

Offered is this rare antique opaline glass perfume bottle with a serpentine rigaree. The hand-painted bottle is 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) tall and 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm) wide at the bottom. It is in good condition except for a small flake on the rigaree (see last picture). Polished pontil. Unsigned - most likely made by Baccarat of France.

This vase stands out with its beautiful cranberry color with rich jeweled honey gilding accented with white scrollwork and blue swags. The sinuous form enhances the overall elegance of its Art Nouveau inspired sensibilities.

Unmarked but clearly Bohemian in origin. We date this class to c. 1910 or earlier.

Condition is excellent with some very minor losses to the gilding

A very fine and rare antique glass paperweight by Pairpoint. There sphere encloses a translucent red and opaque white double twist within a cloud of controlled bubbles. The foot is engraved in a design known as "Pattern No. 220". Pairpoint called this design "Veneti" and used it to produce candlesticks, compotes, vases and stemware. Veneti paperweights are quite uncommon.

Origin: America, ca. 1915. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks. Dimensions: 3-3/4" tall.

This is a tall French cameo glass vase made by Legras. Except for the fact that the vase was drilled for a lamp-base (it was never used as a lamp), the vase is in excellent condition. It is properly signed in cameo. The vase is 16 inches (40 cm) tall and 7 inches (17,5 cm) wide at the shoulder. Fire-polished rim and polished pontil. A similar-shaped Legras vase is shown in Blount's book, 'French Cameo Glass' (shown in second-last picture here for your convenience)...
