This is a nice antique tribal rug from Azerbaijian Province, old Persia, made with vegetable dye and natural colour, in good condition.

A Canton hand embroidered silk piano shawl with a vibrant design of large red flowers and a vine and leaf motif with multicolored smaller flowers set against a black background. The embroidery is of a superb and dense quality silk floss. On each of the four sides is a black elaborately knotted net "bridge" between the scarf and the long fringes.

This fine example is in excellent overall condition and measures 50" square with an additional 14" fringe on each side.

A vintage child's pair of kid leather and suede shoes with wooden buttons c1900. These high-side shoes are still soft and supple with only surface creases on the (slightly soiled) leather. The buttons are painted, and the suede soles have a branded 0 on the bottom. They are stamped 0 D660 on the interior, they are 4-3/8" long and 3" high, and they are in excellent condition with no losses, damage or repairs...

Beautiful Balouchi Balisht front, in fine condition, natural dyes, wonderful tree of life design on camel ground, some corrosion of the browns, with original selvedges and flat-woven ends. This piece measures 18" by 39". One of a few Balouchi weavings currently for sale on this website.

This are small red boiled wool mittens, hand sewn and 3" long. They are from the 1890-1910. In very good condition and amazing they are still together.

An antique traditional women's folk costume headdress from Bavaria called "Priener Hut". The outside covered with black velvet, both sides with a pair tassels worked in gold wires, frippery and glass beads. The underside of the hat brim with splendid goldwork in gold and silver wires decorated with glass beads. The sides with the long, often missing, embroidered velvet and silk ribbons. Green silk lining and maker's label "Therese Allinger - Hutgeschäft - Obing"...

Beautiful Thai Scroll Painting depicting Kinaree Angel, some wear due to age, but good condition overall and highly decorative with proper lighting. Size H. 70" x W. 32"

A clutch worked from a 19th century Chinese silk embroidery with Peking knot, the space beetween filled with tiny white seed glass beads. White lining and green jade imitating glass knob. Condition: lining with few traces of usage, clean. Dimension: c. 19 cm x 12.5 cm.

Up for sale is a very large antique Chinese red silk wedding wall hanging / tapestry, embroidered with 2 large phoenixes, peonies, other birds, peaches, butterflies, and flowers executed in silk floss and gold wrapped threads. The tapestry is lined with red brocaded lining and 3.5" border along the edges. Overall is in excellent condition, no wear or fraying, no stains, vibrant colors ! An antique embroidered silk with cotton back bed hanging or valance from the Xuantong era in the late Qing period 1908 - 1912. This beautiful fringed antique valance has fine embroidery, including gold thread and multi-color silk thread depicting flowers, butterflies, fish, people and many other symbolic figures and images, with fine short and long stitch embroidery and extraordinarily fine seed stitching. It is mounted on a pinkish cotton backing and it has a fine 7" fringe and edge netting...

A beautiful handmade tablecloth and napkins set of Italian needle lace of Pointe de Venice type, with the characteristic scrolling floral patterns with additional floral motifs worked in relief (embroidered).

The condition is excellent, with no tears or other flaws of anything but minor note. The tablecloth is 106" by 70" and the 12 napkins are 21" by 21".

An arresting colored and beautifully quilted cotton and some sort crape or crepe Amish quilt typical of Lancaster County Pennsylvania with the initials “DE” and the date 1916 embroidered in one corner of the red cotton back. In the central diamond the seven point star quilted star is surrounded by a feather wreath and a star in each of the four corners. The other parts of the center are quilted with small squares, flowers and chains enclosing flowers...
