Pair 18th Century Italian Rococo Gold frame girandole Mirrors, Ca. 1750-1780, 26" high, 16" wide, 7" deep, original mercury glass and original one(1) bronze candle arm for each mirror. English Chippindale period Mahogany Looking Glass, Mirror, Ca. 1780, 37" high, 20 1/2" wide, 1 1/4" deep, original Gilded Phoenix Bird in the center reticulated open framed top, original glass mirror bordered by original gold inner frame. The backing is old replacement and there are some repair of the carved top area, reinforced with thin pieces of wood in the back.

Pair French 18th century Louise XV pier mirror, gilt and patinated Polychrome pale green painted on wood, 40" high, 15" wide, 1 1/2" deep, with carved low relief gold fluted decorated frame on top. Mirror plate is one(1) piece with blackened spots(picture shows horizontal line near the bottom area which is reflection of the room background), and backing is original wooden boards with square steel nails. There are some gesso chips off from the original finish...

Table mirror, resting on 2 feet. At the back, a wooden board unfolds to form a third leg to provide a good base for use on a table. Otherwise, folded, can be used as a hanging mirror. Given its small size and that fold-up leg feature, I think this is probably a travel model...

English Chippendale Mahogany Mirror, Looking Glass, 18th C, 29" high, 16" wide, 1 1/2" deep, with original glass and backboard. The carving is very simple and some veneer repairs on upper area.

A fancy ornate brass oval frame having trefoil cartouches with leaves and edged with beading encircle the mirror held up by easel stand whose stretcher is detached from the frame. However the stand is still most functional. The frame is a very elegant reminder of a lost craft. Please note that we have painted out the glass mirror - not to hide anything other than the photographer. Dimension: 18" h

Outstanding American late Classical mirror framed in solid well-figured mahogany with a gilt applied composition border of bellflowers. The gilding has a particularly rich patina. The glass is old and 1/4" thick, but probably not original, and has dulled to a very nice patina. The plate is backed with a wood panel that is covered with paper. The nails holding the plate in place have been replaced.

Origin: America, probably mid-Atlantic region, ca. 1840...

A wonderful folksy American mirror featuring an original paint decorated frame with a red ground and black stripes. All original, including the glass and the backboard. Excellent condition, and with overall measuments of 16 1/2" by 12 3/4".

An unusual and attractive pair of tall mirrors, each reverse painted with a basket of flowers suspended from a green and gold tassel, further decorated with swags of bellflowers suspended from green and gold ribbons. Encased in original carved mahogany frames with original wood backboards .

Excellent condition with no issues. The sight size of each is 23 1/2" by 11 3/8" and the overall size of each is 34" by 22".
