Antique Late 19th-century beautiful pair of silver plated, Polish Jewish Sabbath candlesticks made by famous maker "FRAGET in WARSAW." The candlesticks are made in the classic Polish "petticoat" style set above and below with skirted foliate knops. This rare and wonderful table was made by John Henry Belter circa 1850-1860. It has a white marble top, and four c-scrolled legs - each one different. There is a dolphin, an eagle, a boar and a hound. The table measures 29" tall x 42" long x 32 3/4" deep. A table exactly like this one sold at Neal Auction in 2003 for $50,000. This is a very rare and wonderful piece of Americana.

A very tall late nineteenth century bronze lamp base in a mixture of classical styles. It was cast in sections then joined with a steel rod running up through the hollow pieces. The flowers on the flying saucer in the middle are attached. Though it could have been made anywhere I suspect that it may have been made in France. 19 inches (48.3 cm) tall.

Condition: All there and traces of gilding. Some corrosion toward the base which wipes off with vigorous work.

Exceptional George III Serpentine Chest of Drawers or Commode in the French Manner having a moulded edge serpentine top with overhanging sides above two over three conforming drawers, rounded front corners and bold bracket feet. The drawer sides and bottoms are mahogany which is unusual since it was the most expensive wood during the 18th Century. Brass pulls may be original, escutcheons replaced...
