Octagon sided marble top table with an oriental style to the base. This is a simple but beautiful table, measuring 29" tall x 27" in diameter. The marble has two small chips, both in corners, and both not noticeable unless you look very closely. It is in very good condition for its age, which is late 1800s.

Featuring a miniature portrait that is surrounded by ornate reticulation which in turn is accented with glass faux rubies and faux lapis lazuli. The blue enamel ground in the portrait matches the darker blue surround trim. Velvet lined, this makes a perfect little box to protect that special piece of jewelry. Measures 3 3/8" across, 2 3/4" deep, and 1 inch high. Dates circa 1880.
