A pair of strictly mueum quality German Wheel lock pistols, made for a German Prince for his personal guard, probably Saxony, late 16th. century.

The pistols are huge and at the same time very elegant with their slender form and lavishly inlaid with engraved staghorn compricing of of huntings scenes with dogs and game, and highly delicate folliage overall. Interestingly, there's different scenes of hunting on each pistol, while the folliage inlays are matching...

An eastern mediterranean core – formed glass amphoriskos

Core-formed opaque blue Amphoriskos with yellow and white trail wound spirally around rim and neck, under the shoulder both trails are combed into a feather pattern. The knob at the bottom and the handles are made of greenish clear glass.

I have too many bronze arrowheads to post separately so here is another group. These are all from China and date from as early as the Western Zhou (circa 700 BC) to as late as the Han period (circa 200 BC). Each of these is a great specimen for collecting, for study, or both. A very Handsome and Young BRONZE SCULPTURE OF AN ADOLESCENT, sculpture-volume after an Antique Model, mounted on a custom made stone base. Unknown 19th Century Artist. Size: H. 26 cm. x 15.5 cm. without the base. Weight: ~ 10 kgs. (~ 22 lbs.). Original was found in Marathon, Attiki in 1925 and dates 340-330 B.C. depicting a winner in an athletic event wearing a crown of victory; also called "Adolescent of Marathon".

This is an absolutely amazing bronze sword from the Dong Son culture in ancient Southeast Asia. Pieces of this type are rarely discovered intact. It is very long (81.5 cm) and though it is thin and fragile it appears to be intact with no obvious signs of repair. It dates to roughly 300 BC. This is a marvelous opportunity to own a truly stunning antiquity.

This pair of Zhun is nearly identical in form and size to ones found in Houma, Shanxi province in north China. It is most likely from the late Spring & Autumn period (770-476 BC) in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty which is also sometimes referred to as Zhou III. Both visual and microscopic inspection reveals a dark base metal covered in parts with a patina consisting primarily of cuprite and malachite...

This is a copper alloy dagger or short sword. It has an interesting patina consisting primarily of light to medium green tones (likely malachite) mottled with red and reddish brown areas (likely copper oxides). There are areas where the deep brown, lightly corroded base metal is still visible and somewhat lustrous. The entire hilt, including the crescent-shaped pommel, is bordered by a thick and even ridge which would have served to contain the grip scales made of bone, wood, or ivory...
