A fine cylinder seal carved in an attractive beige-orange stone, probably jasper or coral, Mesopotamia under the Achaemenid Empire, c. 7th.-5th. century BC.
High relief provincial depiction of the Great King wrestling with stags.
Size: c. 23-24 mm. tall.
Condition: Nice VF or better, the seal dirty and will improve when cleaned.
Ex. Danish Private Collection, this seal aquired in the early 1990s.
A wonderfully patinated chisel, large and near mint condition, Danish Neolithic period 3rd. millenium BC.
Though some chisels are made as late as Daggertime just before the bronzeage, this unpolished attractive chisel was likely made during the Singlegrave period, 2800-2400 BC.

This is a great example of a bronze dagger axe or ge. These weapons are unique to the ancient cultures of China and were in use throughout the bronze age. Characteristics of this piece suggest it would date to the Wester Zhou period (ca 700 BC) or possibly even earlier. It is small, with only two perforations for lashing to a pole. It weighs 179 grams. It measures 16.2 cm in length and 8.15 cm in height. It is very heavy, solid and stable with no signs of repair or restoration...

Elaborate Roman silver ring, 1st.-3rd. cent. AD.
The ring is moulded with a large female bust on the top. She is either a deity or a high-born lady, with a tall draped hairdress and diadem.
Size: about 25 mm. wide. 9.60 grams. The ring-size is c. 19 mm.
Condition: Nice Very fine and intact. stable and Wearable. The surface with corrosion and brown deposits.
