A nice and affordable chisel / axe, Danish Neolithic period 3rd. millenium BC.

Though some chisels are made as late as Daggertime just before the bronzeage, this unpolished attractive chisel was likely made during the Singlegrave period, 2800-2400 BC.

Condition: Very fine, a few minor chips to the edge, light greyish patina with some brown iron oxide spots.

A lovely large gable form stamp seal, with finding place given as Amúng Ebene (Antioch) in the eastern-most Anatolia / Western Mesopotamia.

Finely engraved in high relief with a Mountain Goat in high relief among symbols and birds.

A late Ubaid period stamp seal, probably made during the 4th. millenium BC. The seal in serpentine and of the double side tablet type, engraved with an interesting symethric motif of lines and a scetched animal on the other side...

A very rare and interesting Islamic pottery tile with medallion and arab Muslim writing inside, pre 15th. century AD.

The tile would looks be of Khorassan and dating ca. 12th. century AD, but is guaranteed to be pre 1500.

Greyish pottery with low relief but sharp imprint. Crescent and sun visible as Islamic symbols and floral and geomethric decorations. In the center a medallion with Cufic or Arab writing.

A lovely eastern Anatolian stamp seal of a rectangular gable form, Eastern Anatolia, 4th. mill. BC.

The seal carved with animal on the base probably birds flying?.

Size: 41 mm. wide and 21 mm. tall, 7 mm. thick.

Condition: Nice VF, slight wear but attractive and with a sharp imprint.

It is 11/16” long (17 mm) and made of steatite, an easy-to-carve stone that hardens when heated. Scarabs empowered life and resurrection and were often placed under mummy wrappings to protect the body and to help it resurrect. This Scarab comes in a jewelry display cup. It's large and beautiful.

Solid cast, the bronze cobra with flaring hood and bulging eyes, curved along the back of the hood, its head crowned by a solar disk, the body once inlaid, with a tenon at the base. 5 1/4 inches high including the tenon. Suspension loop on back of head. V.G. Collection Brussels, 1975.

Interesting seal pendant made in bronze with double loop and engraved with a wild beast, Seljuq Islamic, c. 11th.-12th. cent.

Size 26 mm. long, choice condition with fine green patina.

Ancient Egyptian blue faience scarab ensemble. Comprising of the beetle scarab in the center, flanked by the faïence wings. Late Period, 600-400 B.C. Scarab measures 2 inches long X 1 1/4-inch wide, left-wing measures 2 inches wide, right-wing measures 1 3/4 inches wide with small chip on tip. Scarab and wings not part of an original set. From an old French collection.

A very attractive pottery bowl, in a original state for type with caligraphy, Islamic Samenid Dynasty, ca. 9th.-10th. century.

A larger bowl both wide and tall and decorated with wonderful caligraphy in black on white glaze.

Size: 26 cm. wide and 9 cm. tall.

Condition: Extremely fine for type. Original crackled glaze with much patina...

Interesting and rare choice of an orange stone for a tabloid seal, North-West Mesopotamia, Uruk, 2nd. half of 4th. mill. BC.

The seal engraved with a basket shape with a heering pattern, pierced.
