This glass bottle is in excellent condition. Come from Iran, it is probably designed to be used as a perfume sprinkler. It has a rounded body with a long, slim neck decorated with wound glass threads rising to the rim. The colour of the bottle is mostly amber; however, the lower body is more like a honey gold. A beautiful metallic iridescence can be seen under the sunlight...

Presented here is a nice bronze spear with raised center ridge. The spear head features a beautiful green/brown patina and measures an impressive 10”. It remains intact and is presented on a custom base for display. Acquired from Malter Galleries in the late 1990’s.

A tube in anthropomorphic form showing a human with a long nose and jutting ears, grasping the necks of two animals. The center of the figure with a human mask and two protruding cock's heads. An authentic and ancient fine handled ROMAN Glass Bottle, excavated in Syria, ca. 3rd-5th Century A.D. Surface etched, muddy, iron stained with an open pontil base. Faience shabti inscribed with six lines of horizontal text starting just below the crossed arms.
The spell reads: ‘The Governor of Upper Egypt, Anhh-Hor, he speaks, oh, this shabti’ and is followed by version VII-A of the shabti spell.
The inscription shows an exceptional orthography and archaic vocabulary reminiscent of the renaissance of ancient Egyptian culture at the beginning of the 26th Dynasty.

The molds include a well defined rosette, a seated figure, scepter, collar element, figure of Bes, a scarab and an ankh. Each mold looks to have been used with remains of faience paste inside. Relics of the Nile is pleased to present this large detailed wooden foot from a statue. Each of the five toes are carved in detail and the foot is presented in yellow. A red sandal strap crosses at the top of the foot and runs between the toes. The original dowel still exists on the back of the foot that connected it to the larger statue. The foot measures 7.25" in length and forms an excellent and interesting display that shows footwear of the Egyptians in everyday life...

Bronze ring dating from 8-6th century BC made in Northern Italy by Villanovian culture named from a typical settlement discovered in 1853 at Villanova, near Bologna. Wonderful artifact with rich green patina, in excellent shape for a 2700 year old object. The piece comes from the Koutalakis collection. Can actually be worn as ring - the inner diameter is 15.5 mm, which corresponds to ring size 4.

Fine Imperial Roman Marble Modillion or Corbel with Acanthus leaf , very rare and well carved with its bound papyrus buds and delicate acanthus tendrils and flowers.
