Late Qing to early Republic Chinese carved agate lidded vase. Colors include a multi color orange, reddish brown and natural tone that was carved with nice details and open work. The lid and vase are nicely hollowed inside. The birds are fly catchers amongst flowers stems and leaves showing some stunning markings. The lid is so neat with another bird nestled in a flowered stem. The surfaces having a superb polish and fine incised details makes the vase a very showy piece...
Two pairs of nephrite /spinach jade footed cups or goblets, one pair smaller than the other. Chinese, early 20th century. The cups of bell-shape, the stems conical, the only decoration being a line between stem and cup, creating the impression of a seam or joint. Height: "3 ¼ and “4 / 8 and 10 cm respectively. Condition: fine, with the exception of a minimal nick to the foot rim of one of the smaller goblets that can be felt but not seen, could be polished away.
The small jade carving is 2” long, 1 ¼” wide and 1” thick. It is a late 19th century product. It depicts a smiling fisherman. On one hand, he is holding his long beard; in the other he is holding a string of Ling Zhi (lucky mushrooms). A turtle and a fish appear on the fisherman’s back carved from dark brown part of the stone. It is in excellent condition.

Antique Chinese beautiful agate brushwasher with carved berries and leaves on creeping vines. The stem and a bunch of berries are the feet of this piece. The wonderful warm orangeish brown tone areas have been carved skillfully as the leaves.

Antique Chinese lapis bottle with raised carvings of a taotie motif over squared spiral designs with dragon heads, and pierced spiraling dragons on the bottles' sides. There are carved downwards pointing leaves near the top with two handles in the form of beast heads and carved rings. The lid has an artichoke shaped finial. DESCRIPTION: A lovely white jade toggle (or pendant) with scattered light brown to grayish inclusions, strung with an orange amber bead on a cord. This toggle dates from the Qing Dynasty and is in very good condition; the jade surface is quite smooth to the touch and there are no chips to the jade or amber bead. Very fine Chinese antique belt hook carved in the shape of a knot with a butterfly on either end, made of beautiful mottled jade ranging from white to grey to bright blue/green, a silver fitting on the back was added later to convert this clothing hook to a pin or broach.
