This adorable set of puzzle blocks, circa 1930-40's, has all of its original paper pictures. Purchased in France, the paper box measures 9-3/4" x 6". The blocks measure a little more than 1-3/4" square. Six scenes in all (the cover of the cardboard box counts as one) the colors are vibrant & the images represent children playing during different seasons - children at the beach, picking apples, playing music outdoors, running track & field, having a picnic & skiing - such a charming set...

This beautiful red transferware serving platter is in wonderful shape. It has nice detail with cherubs, flowers, architecture & a patterned rim. It has no chips or cracks, only a couple of rough spots along the rim & two small dings on the underside rim, as well as a few manufacturing flaws. All in all very usable with nothing to detract from the charm of this vintage serving piece...

A spectacular early 970 silver and moonstone necklace by Antonio Pineda. I believe this design of alternating silver leafs and moonstone clusters to be quite rare. The moonstones are beautiful, clear and blue and free of any chips or cracks. They are all original and none have been replaced. The necklace measures 15" or so. This exceptional, one-of-a-kind, circa 1900, cloth doll was made and designed by Ruie Ann Park, a Van Buren, Arkansas, Civil War History author who wrote “Civil War Letters of the Shibley Brothers, Van Buren, Arkansas”.

With greasy slippery feel, this old jade was most likely being fastened under Chinese scholar's clothing and caressed within palms instead of being considered as a seal material...

This fabulously detailed, circa 1920, hand-made, 18 inch long cloth Golliwog doll has been most finely and meticulously crafted. A brief history of the Golliwog doll: The Golliwog is based on a Black minstrel doll that the Victorian era illustrator, Florence Kate Upton, born in 1873, had played with as a small child in New York. Upton's Golliwog character was first introduced to the world in her 1895 book entitled The Adventures of Two Dutch Dolls...
