This is an unusual set of Club chairs, They are from the 1930's , They have all their original leather. They sit quite firm, but are comfortable nonetheless. They are in solid condition with age appropriate nicks and minor scratches. They are almost identical except two of them have a steeper pitch to the backs. Early, iconic amethyst and 980 sterling silver ring designed and signed circa 1930's by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Ring size 5. The bezel set stone measures 3/4" across. acob Grimminger sterling silver julep cups or flat goblets circa 1910 1920. These hand hammered tumblers are 3-1/4" in height, made and marked by Jacob Grimminger of Gmund, Germany (established 1895). Being sterling rather than 800 silver, these cups were most likely made for export and they have an Arts and Crafts hammered finish consistent with cups of this period. A large Chinese "Peach" bowl vibrantly decorated with "famille rose" enamels in 18th Century Imperial style. On the base is the mark 'Qianlong yu zhi'('Made by Imperial order of Qianlong') written in blue enamel enclosed by a double square. A nicely carved natural amber pendant with one bat and leaf design. The bat represent longevity and happiness. The bat and happiness sound is in the Chinese language is similar - both pronounced Fu. Size: L. 2.5cm. Condition: No repairs, cracks or chips.

Chinese plaque done in Qianjiang style with a crane flying over with a tree in the scene. There is a poem written in black ink in the upper left corner with a seal in iron red below it. The plaque has an overall orange-peel effect on the surface.

An 18k yellow gold emerald solitaire ring from the 1930s. This size 5 ring features a genuine 16 point emerald (calculated) and it sits high on white gold claws in a 1/4" setting. This ring weighs 1.8 grams, it is stamped 18K and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs. Very early hand crafted sterling silver pin signed LOS CASTILLO TAXCO MEXICO STERLING. Pin measures 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. Antonio Castillo was the head of Los Castillo and was married to the woman who would come to be known as Margot De Taxco. She often designed pieces for Los Castillo before striking out on her own. Pin is in perfect condition as is the beveled mirror. This piece was very likely designed by Margot.
