Navajo Mark Chee (1914-1981) who was active from the 30's to the 60's, is known for traditional stamp work in thick, heavy silver. This beautiful pair of cuffs is a wonderful example of his expertise with the stamping on each cuff being slightly different. Each cuff measures 4 3/4" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening, so for a small wrist. They are each 3/8" wide and their total weight is 86 grams. A C.M. Von Valkenburg Petrolia gold filled pocket watch circa 1900. This 2" across stem-wind pocket watch has a porcelain dial with a single sunk seconds dial and blued hands. It is printed with C.M. VON VALKENBURG PETROLIA (Ontario, Canada) on the face, and the 1-5/8" across works has nice damascening. The works are marked ADJUSTED 2 POSITIONS 17 JEWELS 3876866. We haven't identified the works however the regulator resembles that of Howard or Ball watches...

It has a safety chain, a box clasp and it is engraved on one half with the engraving continuing on to the edges of the undecorated side. It is stamped STERLING and WRJ (for W.R. This is EXCEPTIONAL. A Fred Davis design unsigned and with a brooch to match. Both are heavy in weight and tall in stature. Brooch is 2 1/3 in. square. 41 grams heavy. The bracelet is 130 grams and 2.25in. tall. The diameter of the bracelet for fitting is 2.5in. and will fit most. Stupendous...no damage and beautiful natural patina.

Thai Sawankhalok 13th/15th Century Stoneware Bottle (Ex. Grahame Clarke Collection)

This finely-shaped stoneware bottle, with its pear-shaped body and wide flaring mouth, was made during the 13th - 15th Century at one of the Sawankhalok kilns.
