A fabulous bracelet of tall concave links by Antonio Pineda. I offered a similar bracelet at item # 575137, however , this is not the same bracelets as the dimensions of the links are different. This bracelet is 1" wide and measures 7" around in the inside. Fine original condition with safety chain. Antonio pieces are disappearing off the face of the earth.

SOLD 2006. In a USA studio, this 26" strand with 7mm Bronze Praline Chocolate Pearls was hand knotted, then finished with pre fab 18K GOLD S hook and earrings to match. Light smoky topaz Swarovski beads were used to add a little sparkle to the necklace, while light brown real Sapphires were added to the earrings! This set was acquired by Pam, a long time client of MIMI DEE ARTWEAR. It included a presentation box sporting a large tan cultured pearl and Swarovski crystals.

This is a bee hive shaped waterpot. It is sometimes referred to taibo zun or qizhao zun(chicken coop) in Chinese because of the shape. The domed shaped body has a countersunk base, with three incised roundel of scrolling kui dragons just about visible just beneath the beach bloom glaze accented with splashes of pink and a minute sprinkle apple or lime green...

RUNDA. -- In the 1930's mainly the European artists Rudolf Bonnet and Walter Spies animated the Balinese carvers and painters to create modern non functional artwork. -- Condition: fine, some brighter parts due to age. Large wood display stand carved to imitate a natural root with a flat upper surface. Root furniture was much favored by the Chinese literati. Measuring 13 inches long x 6 inches wide, this untouched, all-original, double-sided heavy metal sign is an extraordinarily RARE piece of Black American history-- an artifact of the "Jim Crow" era when segregation of the African American race was unfortunately, most commonplace.

Absolutely spectacular and rare Margot De Taxco bracelet with 9 cherub charms. Some are playing musical instruments and others are in some form of whimsy. There is great detail and definition to the charms. The bracelet measures 7 1/2" end to end and itself is 1/4" wide. With the charms, it is 2" wide. The bracelet and charms are all original and in fine condition. One of the charms is hallmarked as shown, however it is clear that all charms and the bracelet are original and all Margot De Taxco...

Colorful! A fun set by Miriam Haskell. Designed in the 1970's to celebrate the Egyptian show at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Gilt metal and glass beads. The necklace is signed on the scarab pendant, the clasp and on a metal tag. The clasp also has the patent number. The screwback/clip earrings have two Haskell signatures and the patent number. The necklace is 20" end to end. The scarab pendant is 2 1/2" long and 2" wide. The pharaoh earrings are 7/8" by 5/8".

B/W bowl decorated with Indian Lotus, brown glazed finish to rim, base with leaf mark within double circle. Early Ching dynasty Kangxi period. Condition is perfect except a flake glaze to the rim, no crack, no other chips and free from restoration. Diameter: 15.5 cm.

Blue & White bowl, both the center and exterior cavetto of this bowl decorated with The Three Friend Of Winter ( Prunus, Bamboo and Pine), diaper pattern on mouth rim. Beginning with the Xuande period, "Cactus-Shaped lake-Rock" also known as "Taihu" rocks, accompanied the tree friends motif. Since the decorative composition on this is identical to Xuande examples, it is believed to have been copied after this prototype...

Horn bullet container from the Batak people, Sumatra, Indonesia. With stylized face and delicate ornamental carving. Containing two lead bullets. Fringe on top of its head and attached leather strap. Condition: One stress line (marked on pic) and one scratch, slight wear. Very nice patina. Dimensions: 20 cm long.

 

Japanese Fukagawa Imari porcelain floral vase signed on bottom. A beautifully hand painted and colorful large example measuring approx. 12.5 inches by 9 1/4 inches wide in excellent condition no damage.

Chinese crackle glazed robins egg blue vase 19th century. A beautiful tall slender form with long neck in excellent condition a minor chip on the bottom under the foot. Measuring approx. 14 inches tall a fine example.

Sterling silver overlay porcelain tea service tea pot sugar and creamer. All in excellent condition without chips or cracks featuring a beautiful art nouveau silver overlay design. The tea pot measures approx. 8 in. by 8 in. the service is probably Lennox but it unmarked.

Japanese mokko shaped iron sword guard with design of skull and bones in silver relief. Pine branches carved in low relief. Condition: good. Dimensions: 5,6 cm high x 4,7 cm wide.
