Two Tibetan bone carvings of dancing Dakinis from a ceremonial bone apron. One Dakini carries a chopper, kapala (skull cup) and a skull scepter; the other holds a kapala in her left hand. Both have large scrolling swirls carved above and below them. The backs have numerous holes for stringing. The bone is probably from a Yak. Period: 18th/19th Century. Size: 16cm & 17cm. W. Both 4cm. This is a Japanese lacquered hair comb and pin set. The dimensions of the comb are 2 1/4 inches by 4 1/12 inches long. The length of the hair pin is 6 1/2 inches long. It is probably from the Taisho to early Showa period.

This saddle has ornate silver and cloisonne detailing. The basic wood saddle tree is covered with leather and the edges are rimmed with strips of silver metal with colorful floral enameling. Addition large flat buttons of silver and cloisonne are sewn to the leg flaps and are also used on the saddle seat to keep the original Tibetan rug saddle pad in place.

A fine Dehua blanc de chine jos stick holder in the form of a dog of fo on a plinth. It is made from a fine, translucent milk-white porcelain associated with these kilns. A beautiful and unique ring by Carmen Beckmann composed of 5 silver bands with a scroll design alternating with stones of turquoise and amethyst quartz. The depth of color of the amethysts vary from dark to light and one of the light stones has a tiny nick on the surface that looks much bigger in the photos due to the extreme magnification. Stunning and bold this vintage handmade repousse sterling silver clamper cuff was designed and signed c.1940's by silver artists Los Ballesteros. This double serpent design fits up to a 6 3/4" wrist when closed, larger if it is worn spread. Front measures 3 1/2" from top to bottom and 1 1/4" at the back. The spring is tight and secure. Small opening on the seam where the silver backing meets the repousse. No dents or dings. Beautiful vintage condition. 65grams, 2.3oz...

A Two Part Federal Period Wall Mirror with Turned Column Sides; mahogany and mahogany veneer with brass inserts. It has split columns with relief carved acanthus leaf frieze. Dimensions 33" x 15". Probably New York circa 1820, with the original back. There is age wear overall.

The pear-shaped body rising to a slender neck with a pronounced flared mouth, covered with black glaze to the foot; unglaze base. Song Dynasty, 19 cm height. A minor nick to the rim, no chips, cracks, or hairlines and free from restorations.

C. 1940 Bold Impressive Signed: Made in Mexico Ambriz. Not marked, but tests at least 70 GRAMS of sterling! A Fred Davis design, but this one has applied ornamentation. 7 1/2 X 1 1/2" Wide. 1/4" thick Hallow Ware with applied granulation. 2 tiny dimples, not bad for age. A pair of Chinese export porcelain plates with the tobacco leaf motif. Beautifully enamelled with a pair pheasants and two squirrels amongst bold overlapping leaves and flower sprays, in blue, other colors and some gold. Foot rim with some kiln grit. Condition: both plates have minor rim fritting (bubble burst), one plate with a small rim chip, the other with a short hairline. Dimension: diameter: 24.9 cm, 3.1 cm high.
