This is a vintage Navajo sterling bracelet with rare and spectacular No. 8 turquoise stones. The stones are actually a deeper blue than the photos capture. Measuring 5 7/8" around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 3/4" wide at the center stone. (Center stone is 1 3/4" long and 3/4" wide.). All stones are free of chips or cracks. The weight is 80 grams. An elegant and unique design, it is suitable for a man or woman. A magnificent piece.

Enrique Ledesma was well known for his seamless stone to silver designs. This piece has an obsidian glow that is exceptional. It radiates its golden glow almost with no light at all. Based, I believe, on a Hector Aguilar creation a gorgeous necklace with links in a stylized cactus flower design made by one of my favorite "less celebrated" makers who signs his work with initials A and E in a heart-shaped M. A very unusual, early Deco Mexican silver and faux tortoise shell demi comprised of a necklace and matching dangle teardrop earrings. There is an intense Spanish Colonial feel about this set and, if I may say so, a distinct regal air too. Antonio Pineda's chain necklace with the orb clasp is heavy at 135 grams and 17in. long. It is over a half inch wide at 9/16th's. Because it is rather square in it's shape it also has great depth and dimension. Marcel Boucher trained and worked at Cartier in the Paris, France shop. He left for Taxco to be among some of the most creative thinkers in artistry at the time.
