Tall, organic form sculpture by Luciano Gaspari for Salviati & Co.. The sculpture is formed of three joined irregular disks, with richly varied surface textures and folds. A large clear yellow disk is supported by two light smoke-gray disks (one disk has a slight bluish tinge that the other does not), the whole rising out of a dark smoke-gray block. The glass, being hand worked contains some bubbles, but are not considered flaws and add to the organic nature of the sculpture...

Striking Venini Vase in awesome shades of cobalt, aquamarine, and deep red. Done in the con macchie and a puntii techniques, this vase has an irregular surface, as the blue and aquamarine are worked more into the surface and the red is definitely left a puntii (dots on the surface), the colors are laid on a clear glass. The vase is asymmetrical with two opposing pulled points. There is a bubble in the rim that is visible in enlargement 4, not a flaw but mentioned for accuracy...

This excellent figure of a Blackamoor is made from black (dark amethyst) and lattimo glass with gold foil and gold powder, red glass accents his turban. The figure stands 10 1/2 inches (27 cm) tall and is 5 1/4 inches (13 cm) wide/deep. The figure shows great detail from the folds in the turban, to his gold accented, black buttoned shirt and his open waist coat. No chips,cracks or repairs. Has AVEM foil label and paper label on base. Circa 1950's

Scrambled glass paperweight, millefiori, broken canes, chunks and blurred murrines cased in VASELINE glass by Fratelli Toso. Measures 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) wide by 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) tall. Has KB Import label and Blue on silver foil AF MURANO Cockerel label. Condition is excellent with no bruises, cracks or scratches. Circa 1950 - 1960.

Presented here is a Murano Gaucho Musician figure from the 1950's in green SFUMATO and crystal glass, with heavy gold foil inclusions. The GUITARIST is perfect with no chips, cracks or repairs. I have reduced the priced on the figure. The figure is unsigned but has been attributed to Barovier & Toso. The figure stands 11.25 inches (28.5 cm) Tall. Circa 1950.

A Loetz Crete Papillon 7" Czech art glass green vase 1890 1900. This period vase has the famous Papillon finish in green (Crete) and this line was introduced in 1898. It has a tapered 3-1/8" across girdle and 2-5/8" base. It is in very good condition with no cracks, wear or repairs however there is a 1/4" rim chip mostly affecting the inside of the rim with minimal impact to the outside - this vase can be ground down to eliminate the chip if you are so inclined...

A Victorian 1/4 oak and nickel plated mounted three bottle tantalus inset with three square cut crystal spirit decanters, English, very good condition with some minor wear to the nickelplate, 15L X 6 1/4W in X 13H.

Large Murano Elephant performing on a Ball, attributed to Nason. Executed in clear glass. The elephant has a wonderfully expressive face as he stands on his hind legs with his trunk out-stretched. The ball has two rows of bubble inclusions (13 bubbles in all). The figure stands 17 inches (43 cm) Tall and is 4 1/4 inches (11 cm)across and 8 inches (20 cm) deep. There are no cracks, chips or repairs...

Spectacular thick walled, heavy cylindrical glass vase by Edwin Ohrstrom for Orrefors. Vase depicts a Gondolier playing a guitar on one side, and a female figure with flowers on the other. Upper rim has closely spaced vertical air traps all the way around. Colors are in rich shades of blue, purple and honey-amber. Vase measures 6.5 inches (16 5 cm) tall and is 4.75 inches (12 cm) in diameter, weighs 11 pounds. Vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs...

A Ruby Red Hand Blown Cut to Clear Glass Wedding Chalice. Etched with "Glaube (faith), Hoffnung (hope), Liebe (love), Frohsin (the family name). Dimensions 6" high x 5" wide. Probably of Bohemian origin, late 19th century. Other than some minor rim wear it is in Excellent condition.

Lovely opalescent and irridized figure of a man in a turban. The piece is very reminiscent of french opalescent glass by Lalique or Sabino. The movement of the man's arms in figure is palpable, and expresses much feeling. The glass artist who rendered this piece had a great passion for the glass. Orrefors Fish Graal vase, circa 1951. 6 large Fish, 4 smaller fish in background and pond weed. Rarer, near spherical form. Signed ORREFORS/ Graal No. 225 D/ Edw Hald. Piece measures 4 ¼ inches tall and is 13 ½ inches in circumference. Highly reflective and gives illusion of many more fish swimming in pond. Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks or scratches.
