This diamond cluster original period stick pin with a full pearl in the center is circa 1910’s. The 11 old-mine diamonds weigh approximately 0.55Ct. Some of the stones have sight nicks, but the over all condition of the piece is excellent. The high luster pearl in the center that measures 4.75 millimeters is POSSIBLY an oriental pearl but it was not X-rayed so it being considered and sold as a cultured pearl.

A 19thC 15k garnet pearls stickpin cravat or tie pin in a case. This 2-3/8" pin has a flower style 3/8" head with a deep ruby red garnet surrounded by pearls. It is unmarked but tests as 15k and the gold is slightly rose in colour. The pin is Victorian in style with the twisted shaft inserted into a ring on the head however the fitted hinged case has the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd. mark used after 1898 with the Appointment to the King legend which would make it Edwardian...

Emeralds (birthstone for May) have been thought to bring wisdom and preserve love. These sweet bright green emerald earrings are made from unmarked but tested 14kt rose gold. They are 13/16” long, and the buttercup settings measure 1/2” across. The stones measure 5-1/2mm across. I believe the ear wires used to have hooks to slip into, but those are not present and the stubs have been smoothed over. One of the emeralds is chipped in the back, but both stones face up well...

Here is a Victorian gold-in-quartz (also called “gold quartz” and “gold-bearing quartz”) brooch. Gold-in-quartz is rare and becoming more so. Here is a lovely Victorian cameo, set in flourishes of yellow gold and decorated with 4 pearls. The background is a slightly darker pink than the lady. The attention to detail in the carving is very nice, and she is in excellent condition. There is one missing pearl, but it’s unnoticeable. It seems to say “SIG” in script across the back. The bale is signed with “10K” inside what looks like a stylized “C”. It measures 1-13/16” not including the bail, by 1”...

This Victorian 14Kt gold locket is centered by an approximately 0.22ct diamond. T he back of the locket is unadorned while the front has a very stylish engraved border design. The locket is 7/8” in diameter.

This unique stone cameo set consisting of a pair of earrings and a broach / pendant with a removable bail, set in 10Kt yellow gold, is a great example of American Victorian Etruscan jewelry.
