Description:

A light tinted celadon cup was in unique octagonal shape.
Well crackled in the glaze, the cup was supported by the short stem foot from which the brownish body clay was revealed at the bottom.
It was probably being used as a wine cup or for tea drinking.
Whatsoever, it was a fine piece by all the characteristics with old condition.

Date: Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644.

Description:

A Junyao dish was in charming bluish tint when strokes of purple splashes were on the side for decoration.
By nice curving of the surface, and the well defined foot ring, the dish was supposed being used as a brush-licker for adjusting the moisture of the brush hair.
Enduring through the long age, the foggy incursion in beige tint was yielded on the rim and along the rising portion by obvious characteristics.

Description: A silver folding comb was exquisitely decorated on the surface. By excellent chasing skill, a pair of dragon and phoenix were vibrantly rendered among the scrolling cloud. In another side, the surface was in plain form. The whole quality of this piece was very good and was reflected with enduring darken patina. Supported by three foot which were intriguingly and characteristically in figures as crouching animal, the inkstone was mold with flat surface.
The surface was used as grinding pool for inkcake, so it was concaved in the middle.
In two-step style on the surface, the outer lower rim was designed for resting the lacquered cover which had been decayed and vanished.
