Description: The ovoid jar stood on a solid, flat, circular bottom. The walls rose steeply from the base to the bulging shoulder, then rise upward to the straight neck. Four looped handles were evenly spaced around the shoulder and closely to the neck. A straw colored glaze was applied all over the surface only stop to the straight foot ring. Immense crackles were charmingly yielded under the glaze. On the exposed foot, calcified kiln sands and adhesives were in unique cellular form...
Description: A magnificent bottle vase or jar was molded in characteristic dished mouth and was with four squared loops. By the also characteristic greenish hue of the glaze, the surface was spread with patches of whitish and foggy incursions which were obvious condition caused from long time of burial. Despite the results from the enduring age, the bottle was in very good shape by its sturdy body and the stable glaze condition...
A group of three clambering turtles in fine detail dating from the opening of the 20th century (later Meiji) stamped on the base Keishin and enclosed in a period wooden box. The group is roughly 8 inches (20 cm) long, 3 inches (7.5 cm) tall and in fine condition but for one old chipped toe on the back foot of the largest turtle (see close-up).
This pair of Japanese handmade long square cut nails are 5" long and appear to have never been used. The nail heads are solid and shaped into a hemisphere. The silver colored decorative metal escutcheons have scalloped edges and markings to represent a flower. The escutcheons are just under 1" in diameter and have a squared center hole which exactly fits the nail shank.

A charming brushpot inlaid with mother-of-pearl, ivory and hardstones. The inlay work is of branch with flowering plum blossoms. The back has a poem of archaic Chinese characters inlaid in silver. The wood is a dark hardwood (unidentified) of a slightly reddish tint.

Description: A finely gilt bronze Tibetan figure was in an image of three faces and with eight hands. She was one of the three longevity deities in the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon, along with Amitayus and White Tara. By a striking look, the bronze was kept in a perfect condition.
