Description: An ivory seal was exquisitely carved on the top as a unique Lingzhi knob. By a charming and enduring aged patina, the seal was obviously used by scholars as a private stamp from the well carved print which was in literati meaning. It is a lovely little piece in good shape, nice patina and is full of the traditional connoisseur's taste. Date: Early Qing periods (18th Century or earlier), Dimensions: 1.8cm x 1.3cm x 1.1cm.
Qing dynasty 18th century Ge type a dish.This beautiful dish has "iron wire" crackle which is combination of large dark crackle and small yellow crackle covered with celadon green glaze.
Very good condition no crack, has a very small chip at the rim, no restoration.

Description: An exqusite wood carving depicts magpies on plum branches. With skillful craftsmanship, two birds playing within knaggy branches was naturally carved on the construction of the openwork.
An example of Chinese traditional wood work. A reserved inlay piece was believed 'cause grooves were obvious on the reverse side. Possibly a relic of a pendant and can be recovered as one after some new inlayed work.

And on the rocky stands beside her, there's a purity vase on the right and a holy hawk sitting on the left.
Serene and peaceful in mood, her features were well depicted when the flowing robe and the beaded rosary was carved in a fine craftsmanship...

A unique piece of zitan wood used as a sample for the scholar's woodworker. This piece is unusual as it shows a very light color of the zitan wood which is probably close to the bark area. There are two holes drilled in the piece for attaching a string for hanging. This piece weighs 550 grams. This is a great item for the zitan collector. Size: L.17.3cm. W.10.3cm. H.2.4cm. Description: A white jade carving of a Longevity carrying a child on his back. By a popular Chinese metaphor of long life and abundance in posterity, the white jade piece was well carved from a creek-found pebble(Zi-liao).and was in transparent look. It was greasy feel on the surface and was in perfect condition. It was much more white in real than in the pictures. Date: Qing Dynasty,18th/19th century. Height: 4.3cm.

Description: A Ge-typed porcelaneous censer was in tripod cylindrical shape.
With beautiful crackle glaze, the censer expressed an elegant literati taste by its simple form. Kiln firing red was developed obviously between the glaze and body clay when numerous bubbles squeezing together all over the surface under the pale-blue tint. It was believed as an excavation piece. The inner side on the wall was left with marks of spreading roots...

A very unusual huanghuali scholar's container made of one solid piece of wood. There is no plug at the base. These types of designs are very desirable for collectors of huanghuali pieces. It probably had a lid. Age: 18th century. Size: H. 7cm. W. 11.7cm.
