Blue & White bowl, decorated outside with four Phoenix on flight and flower scroll inside the center, mark on base. Early Ching Kangxi Period (1622-1722). Condition is good except one very fine hairline visible on the last enlargement, no chips, no other crack found and free from restoration as well. Diameter: 16.6 cm and High: 8.6 cm.

A 17th – 18th century Neko-tora Tiger by Nagasaki school artist Watanabe Shuseki performed with ink and color on paper in yellow bronze silk border with bone rollers. The parchment is aged and gray, giving the sense of a wall painting in some ancient tomb. The scroll is 14 x 63 inches (36.5 x 160 cm). There is some damage to the lower extremities of the paper, and minor cupping. Watanabe Shuseki (1639-1707) lived in Nagasaki and was a proponent of that school trained under Itsunen...

Chinese Qing dynasty Yongzheng to Qianlong period round form deep plate decorated in underglaze blue on a white porcelain ground with a central panel of lotus flowers and leaves surrounded by a band of peonies and scrolling foliage extending around the well. A similar band decorates the exterior. The base and foot rim are unglazed. 11” diameter x 2” high. 18th century. Very good overall condition. Fine Chinese Qianlong 18th Century Imari Porcelain Dish

This fine-quality porcelain dish with attractive floral pattern in underglaze blue, red enamel and gilding, was made during the 18th century, most likely during the Qianlong reign (1736 - 1795). The underside has a simple underglaze blue decoration and there is a brown iron wash around the rim edge to prevent "fritting" of the glaze during firing...

Glazed all over in iron rust with the exception of the base ring which has been left unglazed.

This brush washer is unmarked and age has been approximated at 18th century.

In very good condition with normal wear use present on the inside. One small glaze kiln flaw on the base but this does not detract from it.
