A nicely small blue & white dish, with center decorated Tibetan character in Ruyi motif surrounded by scrolling pattern, on the cavetto with eight lotus panels. Foliated scroll around the exterior. Ming dynasty early Chenghua Jindezhen private kiln ware. Condition with one hairline crack, no chips and no restoration as well. Diameter: 14 cm.

Description: A bronze paper weight was joyfully in a subject that most welcomed by Chinese people. "Si Xi" Four Joys- Fu (wellbeing), Lu (prosperity), So (longevity), Si (joys) were symbolized by four laughing boys. Intriguingly designed by traditional craftsman, only two boys instead of four were in the combination. A kind of delusion would add some fun for the literati in their boring study room. Actually the puzzler can be a fine stationery which was in the practical use...

A Chinese Kraak porcelain Delft-style dish, Wanli period, bearing the conch shell mark within the double circle; decorated with radiating panels of foliate scroll; minor chips to rim; diam: 10 _".

A rare sample of Koryo celadon bowl, in rounded form and covered overall with olive green glaze to all over the body to the base with three spurs mark.Skillfully assimilating the essence of Song ceramics of "Ju" and "Yue" ware, it gave birth to a unique Koryo beauty in techniques and vessel forms. Koryo dynasty, first half of the 12th century. Condition: damaged with glued repaired, small missing pieces liked indicated at the visuals and painted with gilt. Diameter: 15 cm and High: 7.5 cm.

Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period ribbed guglet vase decorated in fencai famille rose enamels with birds among flowering fruit trees, rockery, and bamboo all set against a white porcelain ground. 18th century. 10 1/4” high. Very good overall condition. The vase is slightly misshapen. There are burst bubbles in the glaze at the rim and scattered throughout that are consistent with production at that time...

Japanese mid-century sosaku hanga woodblock print by Kiyoshi Saito (1907-1997) titled "Winter in Aizu" from a series by the same name. Signed in black ink at the lower right and with the artist's red Kiyoshi seal above. Unlimited edition dating circa 1960s. Paper size: 11 9/16" x 17 1/8" (image: about 10" x 15 1/4). Very good overall condition and color with full margins. The print is very lightly sunstruck and there is a small faint browned spot in the center bottom by the margin...

Rarely encountered Japanese pencil-signed limited edition sosaku hanga woodblock print by Tokuriki Tomikichiro (1902-2000) titled “Loquat Tree” dating circa 1950. The white title is set against the cobalt blue background at the upper right. The print is pencil signed "T. Tokuriki" and numbered 11/200 at the bottom.
