Description:

A Houtien jade pendant was in open work of motifs of parrot perching on bamboo branches.
By fine excavation condition, the item was preserved very good except with one short hair line not penetrating to another side.
It was caused in burial not from human mistakes.

Qing Dynasty, 18th century.

Description: A blue-glazed Jun bowl was decorated on the surface with charming purple splash.
In a foggy look, the bowl was endured through long time of burial and was survived in a very good condition.
By a steep wall rising from a small circular foot ring, the bowl was mold in an elegant oval shape.
Incursions was observed on the surface amid with crackles.
Date: Jin/Yuan periods, 12th/13th century.

Tall Chinese Tang Dynasty Painted Pottery Warrior

This interesting pottery figure of a warrior or soldier was made during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 906). It is made from a pale grey pottery that has been cold-painted in various coloured pigments. Note the detail of the armoured clothing and the facial features.

It is quite an imposing figure with a height of 35.5 cm (14 inches)...

Ryugu-jo Castle is depicted in gold couched thread on the blue silk field of this superb Fukusa gift cloth dating from the turn of the 19th century. Frothing white waves surround the mythical palace, and the four corners of the cloth are secured by long-tailed minogame turtles, befitting the scene. It measures 25 x 32 inches (64 x 82 cm) and is in excellent condition but for some wear on one side of the red silk-crepe backing (see close-up photo)...

Limited edition Japanese woodblock print by Clifton Karhu (1927-2007) titled "Winter Driveway." Pencil-signed and titled, dated '78, and numbered 19/100 in the bottom margin. Paper size: 12 1/8" x 11 7/8" (image: 9 7/8" x nearly 10"). The print was never framed and is in very good overall condition. There is possibly some faint discoloration to the paper from age. Description: A full scale(quan-kai) paper painting of ink and colors was from a famous Qing painter Ren Xun(1835-1893).
Well rendered, the figures and scenes were finished by excellent maneuvering of the master painter’s brush strokes.
Defects were observed though, the ancient painting had been well restored and framed by a master Chinese painting restoring expert Lin Mao Long who have done a lot of works for the Palace Museum of Taipei.

The bronze Buddha here was heavily cast.
Depicted with decorations on the robe, he was applied with gold leaf on the surface, from which most had been faded but revealed with the darken blackish patina.
He was well carved in details on the features and at the ushnisa at the top...

A bronze Buddha of Ming Dynasty was well preserved with fine gilding condition on the surface.
By darken sheen and with very limited abrasion on the ridges of the carvings, the Buddha was kept in a perfect condition except loss of the undercover.
Red protection slip was painted inside the hollowed inner side.
