A nice well made Tibetan prayer beads consisting of 108 bone beads and three pink mountain coral. Two leather counters with ten silver rings each ending with silver inlaid with coral and turquoise. The bone is most likely yak but could also be human. Size:Total length of the necklace 52cm. Each bead is 1.2-1.3 cm in diameter. Condition: No repairs. All original.

Suspended from its original green silk knotted cord, an agate bead leads to this intricate silver metal Chinese toggle. Tiny bells are suspended from either side. Hanging from the center is a small coral bead and a large turquoise bead. The metal is silver color but is assumed to be low grade. measures 3.5 from the 1st bead below the cord knot to the lowest bell. The cord and knot add another 3.5 inches of length

Finely cast in solid bronze, this pair of Komainu figures, also referred to as Shishi or guardian lions, are diminutive in size, measuring 3 1/8" high x 3", but maintain the fierce and powerful demeanor for which they are known. They have the traditional stance, and one has an open mouth, the other closed, with richly sculpted manes and tails. A fine Chinese hardwood stand. The top of irregular form (likely originally intended to hold a very specific object - perhaps a scholar's stone) upon a receded waist on rounded, foliate skirt and six similarly shaped cabriole legs terminating gracefully with scrolled leaf feet and resting on an undulating stretcher all raised on shaped feet. The top being hand planed, subtle rippling is noticed when inspected closely. The underside sealed with an old coat of black lacquer. At least 19th century...

A 19th century Chinese paktong opium pipe, opium container, tool holders and tweezers en suite with base featuring engraved bird and flower decoration including a dragonfly, butterflies, fruit and (or course) poppy blooms. Attention to detail exhibited with copper-bronze lined rims to tool holders and pipe top. 10 characters (in four cartouches) maker's mark inside hinged opium container cover. Very good condition. An Indian Kalamkari mat, probably from Coromandel coast, made of slightly padded and quilted chintz. The cotton ground is block-printed and painted with a central medallion surrounded by meandering exotic flowers and crenelation. Lined with printed cotton, indigo dyed fabric edging. Condition: clean, few very small old mends, little small age stains. Dimension: 121 cm x 83 cm.

Chinese Qing dynasty Guangxu period cylindrical form rouleau vase with a narrow columnar neck and cupped rim, decorated overall in gilt with cranes flying among stylized lucky clouds set against a powder blue ground. A band of lappets extends around the circumference of the base. The angled shoulder is encircled by a band of bats and scrolling foliage.
