This is a beautiful pair of Vienna cabinet plates,19th Century, each having a border with maroon colored panels painted in cream and gilt foliate with a center figure, one entitled "Aphrdithe die Schafe, Des Paris Nelident?", the other "Sartiere" with impressed mark 247, S, overglazed blue shield mark in near excellent condition, minor scratch to one, miniscule flake to the other

The Margot van Voorhies doves design made when married to Antonio Castillo is one of the most endearing and beautiful links she crafted. The length is a long 17in. Barely under an inch at it's widest point. Made from thick silver and weighs 72 grams. It is signed with the old linear Los Castillo hallmark and design # 552. I see a spot on the belly of one bird in my pictures in the center drop and it is rubbed patina but not damage, no dents or repairs...

All of the parts are turned on a lathe, except for the seat which is let into the supporting seat rails. These chairs first appeared in England and the Continent in the 16th century and continued to be in fashion until about 1660...
Marked Stamped: "LEONORE DOSKOW HANDMADE STERLING" Pin Brooch in the shape of what looks like Cinderella's Pumpkin, Posey Pin or Tulip shape. Alas, it has a booboo! Thus the low price. Burmese manuscript containing rules for the correct performance of the monastic ritual, written in Pali language. Containing 16 palm leaves and two wooden cover boards, decorated in red lacquer and gilding. The folios are inscribed (fourteen on both sides) on a plain gilt ground with ink or lacquer in five lines, having small buildings to show punctuation. The boards and the backside of two leaves are decorated with floral roundels and lotus leaves...
Carved and painted with a 3/8" wall, a 3/8" height, this Bakelite bracelet is great worn singly or in a group. 2 1/2" inside dimension. Flip side of the bracelet has the same design as that shown.
A stunning 970 silver and moonstone bracelet by Antonio Pineda. The stones are clear and blue, all original and no chips or cracks. Measuring 7" around in the inside, it is 5/8" wide. The closure is one of the moonstones that you press so the bracelet looks continuous when on the wrist.
It weighs 60 grams, is all original and in beautiful condition.Signed as shown. Exceptional!
Description: A celadon Longquan stem-cup was well molded. By a dark green tint, the glaze was well applied all over the surface except the foot ring. Motifs of flowers and branches were finely incised on the inner wall of the bowl and subtly revealed under the glaze. Authenticating firing red was obvious at the unglazed foot ring and the inside of the looped foot trunk. In quite good size and a perfect condition, the stem cup stands well in a decent look...

An unusual stone weight with a young boy riding a foo dog. The corners each have little foo dogs playing with their ball. The base has a key fret design. This is a very special weight and unique in it's design. It is my understanding that these weights were used in making paper. Size: W. 31.5 x 23cm. H. 19cm.

George III wine jug of classical urn form, decorated with bands of bright-cut foliate engraving. London, 1791, by John Robins. The jug is further adorned with an urn finial, bent wood handle, and with an engraved shield-shaped cartouche with family monogram. Size: 12 1/8" ht. x 6" length x 4 3/4" diameter. Excellent antique condition.

This is a really special and beautiful sterling and rock crystal cuff bracelet by American Arts & Crafts period silversmith Mary Gage. It measures 5 1/2" around in the inside and has a 1" opening. It is 1 3/8" wide in the front and narrows to 1" in the back. It is in beautiful original condition with no chips or cracks to the crystals. Signed MARY GAGE STERLING. A very fine and rare piece.
