A Rare Coin Silver Creamer by Obadiah Rich. Rich was a Leading Silversmith in Boston in the Early/mid 1800's. The Creamer is 5.5" high and 6" wide, to the handle. It weighs 8.2 Troy, dates from 1835-1840 and is in very good condition. It weighs 8.2 Troy ounces. There is a monogram "MLB" under the lip.

A beautifully red glazed porcelain brush pot with dragons’ motif. There are three dragons motif on the brush pot, flying between the heaven and the sea. There are two smaller dragons facing each other, chasing after the “Pear of Fire”. Another larger dragon has it face looking forward in the usual imperial grandeur. It seems to appear that the red glaze is probably to simulate the red cinnabar colour...

Blue & White circular box, with centre decorated of rosette design surrounded by wave pattern and continuously Lotus scroll to up and down part to body. Ming dynasty 15th century, Xuande period Jindezhen private kiln ware, collected in South Sulawesi area. Condition: very short firing crack appear to cover, invisible restored to one chip to rim and slightly degradation to glaze on the cover, further the bottom with good condition and glaze it's better. Diameter: 9.5 cm

A beautiful and deeply curved bamboo brush pot holder with a beautiful scene from the story of Lu Pu and the Beauty during the Three Kingdom period in a single cartouche.

It is in good condition. No sign of any cracks or damage.

Description: An ape with fine furs and aged skin squatted and grinned. Oxidized black deposits adhered to the metal surface and covered part of the detailed carving lines. Well molded and carved, this monkey was solid casted and vividly expressed by fine craftsmanship. An archaic metal piece was from ancient time with rare origin. Great looking silver and amethyst cuff links by Antonio Pineda. Beautiful faceted amethysts make these 3 dimensional and provide a warm contrast to the silver. These measure 5/8" by 1/2" and are in fine original condition. They are signed with one of Antonio Pineda's earliest marks- Silver by Tono and the eagle. Spectacular cuff links.

A rare and beautiful sterling and onyx cuff by William Spratling. Magnificent worn with either the onyx centered scrolls in the front or the large diamond shape panel in the front. Measuring 5 3/4" around in the inside with a 1 1/2" opening, it is 1 3/4" wide in the diamond shape area and tapers to 3/4" at the scrolls. It weighs 72 grams and is not adjustable. Suitable for a man or woman, it is in fine original condition and hallmarked with the WS mark and eagle 30 dating it 1964-67...

A good celadon dish, decorated in the centre with moulded pair of fish, very impressive eyes, fins and scales, carved with petals to the exterior below the everted rim, the pictures indicated of even tone. Collected in central Sulawesi area, Southern Song dynasty Longquan kiln. Condition: restored to one large chip at rim beside the kiln hairline, the center with 'T' hairline, further in good condition. Diameter: 22 cm...

 

Ming dynasty blue & white large dish, collected in Ternate/Halmahera island Indonesia,my opinion it is from heirloom pieces and not from excavated pieces. Diameter: 45.5 cm. The condition before restoration appears on enlargement 10 & 11.

Rare and beautiful silver and amethyst bracelet by Fred Davis, Taxco , c.1930, featured on page 27 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk. Davis loved to combine silver and amethysts in his designs and the round cabachon provides the focal point of each link of this bracelet.
