Chinese Chinoiserie lacquer box with scenes of temple houses and figures in landscape circa 1860. A beautifully all hand painted scene on a red lacquer background the box is made of wood and the clasp of brass. A fine example in very good antique condition.

A Victorian 14Kt pink gold diamond solitaire ring that sports an approximately 0.20Ct old-mine diamond set in a six prong buttercup setting. The 1.5 millimeter round shank is decorated by two lines on either side of the center diamond. The size of the ring is 5 ½ and it can easily be sized.

Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Glazed Porcelain Dish (Ex. Grahame Clarke Collection)

This beautifully lobed dish was made during the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279) and has the simple stylishness typical of Song Qingbai porcelains. There are some glaze crackles which occurred during the firing, one of which, in the centre, penetrates through to the foot (please note that this not damage). The glaze is of a delicate pale green and has a silky "frosted" feel to it.

A Gorham sterling silver tea pot dated 1899. This 5-7/8" tall tableware serving piece is stamped with the Gorham lion/anchor/G STERLING mark with 1 1/4 PINT and it has the number 1 and the Gorham year cipher for 1899. It weighs 436 grams and it is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion or damage other than a couple of dents in the lid. Description: A Cizhou porcelain dog was handcrafted by the rural potter. Intriguingly molded in a simple form and adorned with iron mottles on the surface, the dog stands on his feet in a cute way. Ame-yu graces the rough textured clay of this large Mingei platter from Aizu in the Northern reaches of Japan on the border between Fukushima and Yamagata. Often mistakenly identified as Tamba due to the similarity in the coloring of this particular glaze, the underlying granular white clay gives it away. This is an unmarked older Mexican silver repousse treasure. The length is 7.5in. long and 1 7/8th's of an inch tall. Each link is curved to lay beautifully on the arm. The quality rivals the Los Castillo design and weighs 74 grams heavy.
