Impressive and rare this handmade pair of copper sconces was designed and signed circa 1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Each sconce measures 11 1/4" tall X 9 3/4" across. Each holds 2 candles. Beautiful unpolished patina. Each signed HA TAXCO MEXICO. Excellent condition with one small pin head sized ding as shown. This is a signed Melvin and Connie Begay gorgeous turquoise lavalier. The silver work is masterful with the carving to the flower and the ball bead to it's center. Enrique Ledesma was a Taxco Maestro who was known for putting stone next to silver. He created today's offering of silver bars with malachite in the centers. The necklace is thick and 16 5/8th in. long. There is a height of 5/8th in. tall. The weight shows off the quality at 80 grams heavy. This is perfect for career wear or jeans, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

An insert table screen with carved wood lattice work. The round porcelain plaque with depiction of three immortals in a landscape painted in underglaze blue. The reverse is bearing a six character "Daoguang" seal mark. Maybe the plaque was once a dish and reduced. Condition: lattice work with few missing pieces and little glue residue. Dimension: plaque: diameter: c. 16.5 cm, screen: total height: 45.5 cm, 34.5 cm wide.

Gerardo Lopez dragon cuff is constructed with an overlay for dimension. The background is niello and it looks as if it were hardly worn. There is some glare with the photos but no damage. I date this around 1948 to 1950 as it does carry an eagle but it also carries the earlier hallmark using the 980 mark. The cuff is 2 inches tall, a 1 1/8th in. gap and a 2.25in. diameter. Collector quality.
