Vintage 1950's sterling silver & chrysocolla bracelet & earrings designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Bracelet will fit up to a 7" wrist. Center stone is 1" high. Signed Los Castillo design # 508 has to be a Margot design while married to Antonio Castillo. A 16in. wearable and a drop of 3.5in. Properly hallmarked as shown and no damage. There is some glare and patina specs while most of the complexion of the silver is dark naturally. 95 grams heavy and 1.25in. at it's widest point. Museum and collector quality, Just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
Dramatic with a signed Taxco 980 which always reflects quality. The drop is 4.5in. across and 2.5in. tall. The weightis 54 grams (open backed repousse) The technique of the workmanship is seldom seen. Part of the individual link is thick base with deep chasing and the other end is open backed repousse giving dimension and then carved on top of that. No damage and the wearable is 18in. of comfort.
