Large Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Ewer
This wide-bodied porcelain ewer was made during the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279). It is particularly "heavily-potted" for its type. It has a "kinked" spout, a wide loop handle and two decorative loops on opposite sides joined at the shoulder and neck. It is coated in a fairly thick greenish blue glaze that is crackled in places. The base remains unglazed revealing the creamy-white body.

A Gorham sterling silver tea pot dated 1899. This 5-7/8" tall tableware serving piece is stamped with the Gorham lion/anchor/G STERLING mark with 1 1/4 PINT and it has the number 1 and the Gorham year cipher for 1899. It weighs 436 grams and it is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion or damage other than a couple of dents in the lid. This large and attractive pottery jar was made during the Warring States period (475 - 221 BC). It is made from a relatively high-fired dense grey pottery. The whole of the surface of the upper body has been decorated by impressing cord into the soft clay and then incising horizontal bands as the jar was turned; a simple yet very effective method of decoration.

Rare 940 sterling silver and copper earrings designed and signed circa 1940-50's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar. Each earring measures 1 1/4" long from top of ball to bottom of earring and 3/4" wide at the bottom of earring. Screw backs work perfectly.
