Valentin Vidauretta's hallmarked work is almost impossible to find. This bracelet reads: TALLER BORDA 940 VALENTIN TAXCO MEXICO. Many collectors revere him as the finest Spratling era designer. This layered design is thick silver and riveted for strength. The bracelet is approximately 7in. long and 7/8th's in. tall. The weight is 53 grams heavy. The matching earrings also hallmarked Valentin and an eagle 9 for Aguilar's Taller Borda...

Face coverings were worn for centuries by the women of various nomadic tribal groups of North Africa and the Middle East. This particular mask is from the Harb tribe of Hijaz region of Saudi Arabia. It was purchased by a collector living in the region during the 1960's.

A superbly rendered and atmospheric lifetime woodblock print by the famed Japanese artist Kawase Hasui (1883-1957), titled "Ikegami Honmonji Temple" (Honmonji Temple in Snow). First published in 1931, this is an artist's lifetime strike from the late 1940s to the early 1950s. This print is Oban size (14-1/4" x 9-1/2" image size, 19-3/4" x 14-1/4" frame size). It has the 6 mm. red lifetime seal of the publisher Watanabe Shozaburo (seal used from 1946-57)...

A vintage 1950s signed Sherman blue tri-colour rhinestone drop necklace. This 17" long necklace has a 2" x 3/4" drop, and the claw-set stones are in blue aurora borealis, light blue and dark blue. It is signed SHERMAN on the large end stone and it has a hook closure. This item is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Wonderful vintage Georg Jensen " Amoeba" bracelet no.89 designed by Henning Koppel. Measuring 8" end to end, it is 1 3/4" wide and weighs a very substantial 136 grams. The biomorphic links are thick, so closed fits a 7" wrist. Fine original condition and signed as shown. This is mid-century modern Scandinavian design at its very best.

Of heavy, dense exotic wood and inlaid with carved shell pieces, this ceremonial staff is from the Solomon Islands, pre 1950s. The form is better than most, having a figural image at the top, well carved with open legs and good detail. The carving depicts a figure with folded arms, slightly bent knees, and a stylized face seen in Solomon Islands iconography. The figural section measures 13 1/4" high. Very nice dark patina, with a lovely slightly glossy surface, some pieces of inlay missing...

A 14k Denmark citrine ring from the 1950s. This size 5-1/2 or 5.5 Scandinavian ring is stamped 585 DENMARK with an Ib.&W. mark for Ibsen & Weeke of Copenhagen (1952-79). The stone tests as a genuine citrine and it is set on curved longer claws. This ring measures 1/2" across the width of the setting. A very unusual and perhaps custom made modernist sterling and moonstone cuff from Georg Jensen Denmark. Very mid-century modern in design, this cuff has a criss cross pattern with 5 beautiful moonstones bezel set on one side. The inside measurement is 6 1/2" with a 1 1/4" opening.
