This Alexander Korda "Thief of Bagdad" fur clip (pin clip) is 1 3/8" x 7/8". It is a fully dimensional man with a crystal marble.
Sir Alexander Korda was a Hungarian born film director and producer. He was the first film director to be knighted. This movie started the trend for collectors wanting jewelry like the pieces worn in the movie. Most of this jewelry was produced by Rice Weiner. This pin is circa 1940 the same time that the film came out.

Beautiful vintage marbled translucent Bakelite bangle in malachite green by the French fashion house Carven with goldtone metal mountings in rope motifs. Marked CARVEN, DEPOSE (for registered), and dated 67 with copyright symbol. Tests positive for Bakelite. 7/8 inch wide, 1/2 inch thick, and 2 9/16 inches inside diameter. Excellent condition. This Coro rooster in gold plated base metal with black beak,eye,and feet and a red. The enameling on the tail is white with gold feather accents. The rooster stomach is a large amber colored crystal which measures 1 1/4 x 3/4". The stone shows an indention in the glass which appears to be smooth like it was a pour problem rather than a chip.
This Miriam Haskell gold-plated peacock brooch has feathers outlined in strands of blue rhinestones. This Haskell pin has the usual characteristics of an antique Russian gold finish, brass wire and stampings, findings wired together, and hand-set stones.

This bracelet is a rare find. It is wonderfully bold, unusual and rare. It consists of 5 panel links of sparkly gold, crescent moon flecks, under convex Lucite, with a white background. Each panel measures 1" x 1 1/4". The entire bracelet measures 7 1/2". It is marked PAM with a copyright symbol. Pam pieces were made from the 1950's-1960's.
