A dramatic, wide cuff set with oval pieces of turquoise-colored glass cabochons in beaded bezel mounts. The cabochons alternate with pairs of stud-like protrusions that contrast with the Victorian-like settings. The cuff is unmarked, but looks to be a white base metal on the inside with a good bit of surface wear and bubbling; the outer portion is silverplated and shows tarnish. One of the cabochons exhibits chips at the edge of the mount, but is stable (see Photos 1 and 3)...

This Coro brooch is very talented. It can be worn as seen, or it can be removed from a bracket on the back and worn as two clips. Its flowers tremble (ok, wiggle) when the brooch moves. A scarce World War I era 60" patinated metal and purple cut glass fan or watch chain circa 1915. Unsigned but possibly English, it was common for jewelry at this time to be blackened or patinated so as to avoid flashing and glinting, which could have been seen by the enemy fliers at night. World War I planes were smaller and flew lower, so moonlight reflecting on jewelry allowed people to be seen...
