Gorgeous huge vintage 1970s three strand bracelet in antiqued goldtone metal with black openback unfoiled stones that feel like Lucite, held in ornate Byzantine style "cages." In the French style; I've seen Dominique Aurientis jewelry with this same type of motif and stone setting. Great size -- 2 3/8 inches wide and 7 3/8 inches long. Excellent condition. Fabulous beautifully detailed French necklace with wired contruction, with black glass beads terminating in very finely detailed goldtone cast metal crown form elements, with a hook close, surmounting a long tassel with matching beads and fine goldtone metal foxtail chains. The glass bead strands on the tassel loop back on themselves. All elements and construction are characteristically French. Wearable length is 20 inches. The drop is 7 1/2 inches long. Excellent condition...

Her wings, tutu, and specter are studded with clear rhinestones. Her face has an oval ruby glass stone. Her longs legs and arms are also very much Murray Slater...

Francois - Coro tried to give their costume jewelry a "French" touch and Francois was chosen as the name for their higher end jewelry. The line was introduced in 1933. But the line only lasted until 1944 when it was replaced by Vendome as Coro's Couturier division.

Francois was one of the new designers at Coro in 1938.

FRANÇOIS is a seldom seen Coro mark. François is a line of Coro jewelry that began in 1938 and continued until at least 1961, possibly later...

Here is an interesting modern, Finnish bracelet. It is made up of 6 slightly convex links with the ridged and textured design so characteristic of Sarpaneva. It is marked, “BRONZE FINLAND P. SARPANEVA.” It measures 7 1/4” long x 1/2” wide. The safety chain adds a nice touch. The bracelet has good heft and is in excellent condition.

A mid-Victorian pink coral & jet cameo brooch circa 1860s. This period 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" natural jet and pink coral portrait cameo pin is unsigned and it features a pale pink coral cameo set in jet, mounted on a brass back with a c-clasp. This item is in very good original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some roughness and (possibly original) edge chipping to the jet around the inset cameo...

Composed of wood beads that are dyed red, wire-mounted on a pewter bar and from chain swags. The photos show the red as a fire-engine red; the beads actually are darker, more of a maroon. Photo 3 is the closest to the actual color. It is a sizable brooch, but lightweight, and secured on the back by a modified C-clasp. It is signed Aarikka Finland on the back of the pewter bar, which has been highly oxidized. The chains appear to be made of darkened brass...
