A streamlined, classic design of an oval amber mounted in a bezel setting. The cuff links appear hardly worn; the amber exhibits no scratches or other signs of wear. The anchor buttons are undecorated silver; the hinge is in good working order and the bridge bars are secure. They are marked 835 for silver content, with a maker’s mark of a stylized fish, probably for the German firm of Fischlandschmuck. The amber buttons measure ¾ inch by 5/16 inch.

A raised scene of windmills and a seaport decorate this ornate sterling silver money clip. The scene is framed by scrollwork, and the entire design is enhanced by sharp detail. Engraved with an elongated diamond pattern on rectangular panels, with ovular anchor links, these 1960s cuff links have a modern, angular look. They bear the mark of Pentti Sarpeneva of Finland (1925-1973), who worked primarily in bold designs during the 1950s and 1960s. This lovely pair of art deco cuff links has a formal look, the result of a black mother-of-pearl background. Each eight-sided button is framed by an embossed white metal rim; the centers are set with tiny faux seed pearls. The backs and bridges are gilded, and bear the block-letter mark for Krementz, of Newark, NJ. Each button measures 1/2 inch wide.

These 1960s cuff links are formed as square buttons, with diagonal scores enhanced by oxidation. They are hollow, but have a substantial feel and a nice heft. The larger buttons are marked Taxco; there is no sterling mark but all of the buttons test as sterling silver. Set in white metal panels with scroll edges, the abalone is carved or incised with modified starburst designs, and exhibits beveled edges. The backs have sturdy findings, with no stress or stretching to the metal. Each button measures about ½ inch square.

These great cuff links display a Modernist and American Studio design: textures, craters and "dimples." The face measures 7/8" x 3/4". They are circa 1950's - 1960's. They have hinged, bullet toggles and are in excellent condition.

Here are a pair of late 19th-century oval cuff buttons decorated with horseshoes of inlaid dyed black onyx. They are probably American; the round backs show a sterling mark and possible maker’s mark for Ludwig, Redlich & Co. of New York. The surface exhibits the warm patina of considerable age, but the inlay shows no loss. The backs are well soldered and secure. Each oval button measures about ¾ inch long by ½ inch wide. Weight: 5.2 grams total

Add a touch of class to any sleeve with this pair of vintage gold plated damascene toggle back cuff links. Damascene was an process of inlaying metal objects with 22K gold or silver decoration. These dome shaped cuff links were made in Japan, circa 1950 featuring a mythical Imperial phoenix bird surrounded by flora and fauna, unmarked, swivel toggle back. Size: 7/8" diameter. Very good vintage condition with wear to the dome.
