This Los Castillo early hallmarked necklace was designed by Margot Van Voorhies when wed to Antonio Castillo. Together they started the shop Los Castillo. This is one of the most stunning designs in the Mexican Silver Renaissance. The length is 18 inches long and a fraction over 1.75 inches tall. I acquired this Georg Jensen silver repousse bracelet years ago but waited for a long time to present it in the store - I was tempted to keep it and would have done so but for its length. This is Jensen’s des. no 3 and when it came to me it was accompanied by its matching necklace (sold earlier this month). A closer study of the hallmarks, however, indicates that the bracelet is earlier than its companion, pre-1945, in fact, if I am not mistaken...

A Valentin Vidaurreta design made in Hector Aguilar's taller. Hallmarked Altamirano as Hector Aguilar gave him permission to hallmark this design. A rich and tasteful size with the center link 1.25in. tall. The velvet has been cleaned and is in perfect condition. I will give a custom made velvet for what ever length that you prefer. The weight is 51 grams heavy and there are no dents or repairs. An absolute dream to wear with anything, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Hand wrought, this large, detailed, sterling silver belt buckle was created c.1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hubert Harmon. Measuring 4 1/4" long x 2 1/4" from toe to toe the piece weighs 55 grams. 2 loops on the back measure 1 1/2" across. The smaller loop at the heel is 1 1/8". The design beautifully details the contours and shape of the bottom of a foot and it's toes. The buckle (or pendant if you like) is in excellent condition with a soft aged patina...

This Miguel Melendez hinged bangle is patterned with irregular shaped 1 mm thick silver tiles or pavers, fitted into one another kind of scaling or print. The channels or recessed portions are highly oxidized and the brighter polished areas provides a great play on light-to-darkness.
