Silver and cornelian arts & crafts earrings by CARL RUOPOLI, a designer for Black, Starr & Gorham, c. 1930's. These rich earrings(for pierced ears) have the beauty of Georg Jensen designs - they are rich and decorative and each measures 7/8" square. Each is signed "BY C. RUOPOLI STERLING" and are in excellent condition. They may have been converted from screwbacks but the marks have not been touched........$10 for insured US shipping.

This .875 silver bracelet is composed of square panels decorated with embossed rosettes and connected by horizontal wires wound around bars. It has a secure tongue-and-groove clasp; the tongue bears the Latvian .875 silver hallmarks for 1922-1940, with maker’s mark of BR. (Latvia was an independent country during these years; it was part of the Soviet Union 1940-1991.) The bracelet measures 8 inches long by a little over 5/8 inches wide. Weight: 43.2 grams

Here is a coral garland (also referred to as “festoon” or “swag”) necklace, consisting of 8 coral cabuchons of graduated lengths and sizes. The three longest drops are on rigid bars. The coral is a lovely dark ox-blood red. Coral was believed to prevent bad luck, and to be an aid to meditation. The length is 15-1/4” (but it would be easy to get an extender if needed – we can help with that; just ask), and the decorated portion is 4-1/4” x 2-1/8” at the longest point...

This pretty navette-shaped pin is from the Arts & Crafts era. It measures 2-1/8 x 7/16”. It has a leaf and berry motif, centered by a deep purple amethyst. (Amethysts are thought to bring calmness and clarity to the mind.) It is marked STERLING, and the pin-stem assembly is original. The silver has a nice patina. In excellent condition, and circa 1900. Signed by Mary Gage, the eccentric yet talented silversmith (among other vocations!) of the late American Arts and Crafts movement, this wide sterling silver band ring is entirely hand-wrought and features her signature "lily pads" motif. It seems that Gage crafted this ring in 14k yellow gold as well which probably explains why, if you look really closely to the clusters of tiny beading separating the lily pads, you will spot two or three that are made of gold...

A beautifully hand made sterling silver brooch by Daniel Pedersen who also worked for Kalo. This brooch measures 3" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked Sterling. Has a rollover clasp that closes tightly. Warm patina, heavy weight and well made. Collector quality.

Stunning cocktail sized antique silver ring with an Austro Hungarian or early Art Deco look, with a very big oval genuine citrine stone. Circa 1900 to 1930. Unmarked but tests positive for sterling silver. The stone is gemologist verified. Ring size 5 1/2 and will fit up to a size 6 finger. The top is 1 1/8 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. A pair of sterling silver oval brooches made for Tiffany and Company, New York with the original box. Measure 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Made for Tiffany and Co. Also marked with a Maker's Mark, 70, and an etched in 493. They have thicker pins so can be worn on coats or heavier garments. 'C' clasps hold securely. These late arts and crafts sterling silver earrings are handwrought and formed as oak leaves with a ‘berry’ at the base. They were made by Albino Manca (1896-1976), an Italian sculptor and metalsmith who lived and worked in both Italy and New York. (There is a statue by him in New York’s Battery Park). The earrings have very secure clip backs, and the mark of A. Manca Sterling is found on the back of one earring. They each measure 1 inch long by 1 inch wide. Gross weight:7.8 grams total

An Arts and Crafts hammered sterling silver ring with a green bezel set cabochon by the Odd Krafters Shop of Chicago.

Stone measures 3/8" in diameter. May be Chrysoprase. Measures about a size 6 and can be adjusted slightly due to the overlapping band.

Marked on the back with OKS, Hand Made, and Sterling. The 'S' is partially struck. Mark is behind the part of the ring where the stone is so it could resized without disturbing it.

Beautiful large oval sterling and turquoise brooch by Chicago Arts & Crafts silversmith Mary Gage. Composed of six chased sterling lily pads that frame a large oval natural turquoise stone that is held in place by silver loops. There are applied silver beads in various locations. This attractive pin features an openwork, foliate design, with a Jensen-inspired aesthetic. The pin has a substantial look and feel, representing a quality Danecraft line from the 1940s. It bears the Felch and Co. mark on the back, as well as marks for Danecraft and sterling silver. The pin measures a little over 1 5/8 inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide. Formed as a delicate spray of three flowers, this Coro sterling silver pin has an unusual design, unlike much of the company’s Sterling Craft line. The Sterling Craft pieces were hand-constructed, with an arts and crafts look; many had a Scandinavian influence, but this piece is quite naturalistic and more complex in construction.
