This mid-century bracelet is the work of Salvador Teran. It's a gorgeous modernist bracelet with two gold sheen obsidian stones set within eight point stars. Measures a closed, wearable length of 6 1/2" with a width of 1 1/2". Weight is 48.5 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Salvador Sterling Mexico", with the design # 156 and eagle assay 36. Collector quality. Closure is tight and secure, and original safety chain is present.
Composed of five connected sterling panels, each decorated with two applied sterling calla lilies and gilded leaves. The flap clasp is very secure, as are all connecting rings; the sterling safety chain has a spring-ring clasp. The flap has an indecipherable mark, possibly for a maker, between the mark for sterling and the mark for gold content: 1/20 10kt G.F. (for gold-filled). The bracelet measures 7 ¼ inches long, including the clasp, and just under 1 ¼ inches wide. Weight: 57.9 grams
Large hand made silver modernist necklace with a green moss agate and green turquoise stone, c.1960's. Early 1930's hand forged 980 sterling silver & copper cuff designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Heavy at 100 grams, this design is comprised of braided silver & copper bands framed by thick silver wire. The bracelet is 1 14" high. Interior measures 5 3/4" end to end with a 1 1/4" gap opening at the back. 1930's hallmarks read 980 WS TAXCO. Beautiful vintage condition and patina. An English, Victorian slide locket. To both sides a design of water lilies with the floating contours of Art Nouveau. Lion passant, anchor mark for Birmingham, date mark for 1901, and maker’s mark ESB (?). A ridge inside the locket indicates that it might have been equipped with a mirror. Diameter "1 ½ / 4 cm. Condition: fine.
The focus of this studio necklace is the central drop of translucent banded agate, suspended by a chain of hand-forged links. The agate is securely mounted in an open-back bezel framed, and the hook closure is also hand-wrought. Each connecting ring is soldered closed, exhibiting a high quality of workmanship. The piece is likely from the 1970s-1980s. The necklace measures 24 inches long; the agate pendant drops by an inch.

In sterling silver with periwinkle blue art glass cabochons. Marked with her conjoined M Turner hallmark. Measures about 6 1/4" around and about 1" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. Has a safety clasp. In very nice condition. A wonderful example of her work.
