Vintage Circa 1945 early pre assay Mexican Pre Columbian design puffy cheek bird man mask Maya or Aztec ethnographic motif repousse pin with a bird or serpent on its headdress.
Mark: Made in Mexico Sterling - with old style safety clasp hinge.
A most talented silversmith took a sheet of sterling and hammered it onto a pitch bowl to create such repousse detail. Because it is holloware one looks for the air escape openings which in this case are found at one ear...

This ring is adjustable in size. The carved picture piece is bezel-set and measures 5/8" x 3/8". It is a lovely depiction of a Hummingbird. The carving is in black, sprinkled with red on the head. It is signed by the artist. The setting is decorative and marked STERL. The shank is marked STER. SHANK. It is in excellent condition.

A huge Coro retro gilt sterling coat pin from the 1940s. This 4-1/2" x 2-5/8" brooch features branches and flowers with aqua blue claw-set foil-backed rhinestone centers in a swirling holder. It has a safety catch, it is signed CORO STERLING with a small etched S16, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but please note that the blue rhinestones are a little foggy - the settings are open-backed...

This fine Cini brooch measures 2 1/2" x 2". It is the AQUARIUS pin from Cini's popular Zodiac Series. It displays cupid holding an urn, pouring water, adorned with a leafy motif. It reflects classical and renaissance hints of Italian art, by designer, Guglielmo Cini. All Cini's pieces are high quality with fine workmanship. The back is marked STERLING by Cini in script. It is in excellent condition. Circa 1940'-1960's. It has very good heft too.

This lovely, sterling silver, Mexican, well-crafted bracelet displays shiny, turquoise cabochons on each ornate link. It is 6 3/4" long. Each convex link measures approximately 1 1/4" x 1". It has a box clasp marked STERLING 925, and, in a circle on the back of one of the links: TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO (blurry) with the an illegible mark in the middle. It has a V-spring and Box Clasp marked STERLING 925. It has good heft, weighing just under 1 1/2 ounces and is in great condition.

Large modernist silver pin, probably 1970s, with large faceted round cut dark raspberry shade amethyst (diameter approximately 12 mm) surrounded by lighter natural cabochon amethysts and set with 4 large freshwater pearls. Approximately 2 inch square, a real statement piece!

Sterling BURRO key ring by VICTORIA DE TAXCO, Mexico, c.1955. Signed "VICTORIA DE TAXCO MEXICO STERLING 267 (bellmark there but number is faded from use)". Measures almost 3" long. Lock opens to accept keys by slightly squeezing one end. Silver shows wear but in very good condition......$12 for insured US shipping.

An Art Nouveau sterling size 5-3/4 ring c1900-20. This 3/4" across ring is in the form a flower with finely formed petals and small flowers on the double wire shank; it is stamped STERLING, it weighs 6.1 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

Rare and important Elsa Freund hammered sterling silver torque, double-tiered fringe design.

Internal diameter: 5 1/4", fringe drops: 3".

Accompanied by letter and drawing of authentication from the artist.

Large mixed metal fish pin by Rafael Dominguez, Mexico, 1943. Primarily made of 960 silver, there are copper and brass inset accents "marrying" the metals. Wonderful pin measures 3 3/8" long by 2 1/8" wide and is signed "RD 960". In excellent condition but there is some separation where silver is married to the one brass accent(see photo #2)......$11 for insured US shipping.
