Any elegant outfit is missing something without this traditional sterling silver and onyx cufflink and stud set. The 15 millimeters diameter cufflinks are inlayed with round onyx and the four shirt studs sport 6 millimeter onyx spheres. This set is a fabulous gift for anyone.
An abstract sterling silver and exotic wood pendant suspended from what looks appears to be the original chain. Signed on the back of the pendant with script initials or characters, 925 and S.S. for sterling silver. The sterling is connected to the wood with rivets for an industrial feel.
The pendant measures 2" long including the bale and about 3/4" across. The 18" hand crafted chain has a secure toggle closure. The pendant has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish...

Less exuberant in style than most filigree solje brooches, without any enamel or gilt - just two shimmering roundels and the traditional chains holding the little pendant ornaments. Beautifully aged sterling silver and warmly glowing copper combine effortlessly in this Los Castillo chevron brooch. I am very partial to the mixed metals jewelry that came out of Taxco and the renowned workshop excelled in their production. This specific piece with its arrow shape I find very interesting visually - just note the way the curves of the silver beads are juxtaposed to the intense forcefulness of the angular motifs. The brooch is 2 1/4" long by 3/4" wide and weighs 19.7 grams...
Matching the brooch of the same design that it also available here (you can see the two pieces together in one of the photos here) this Los Castillo Mexican silver and copper ring is a rather rare find and I am happy to have come upon it. Weaving together the two metals in a chevron / arrow pattern, it is additionally embellished with tiny little sterling beads and has a visually interesting shank as well...
Unusual and elegant vintage thin sterling cuff with bone shaped segments by the Mexican silver workshop Los Ballesteros. This bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening. It is about 1/8" wide and weighs 26 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Looks great alone or can easily blend and be stacked with other Mexican, Native American, Scandinavian or Modernist pieces.

Classic Arts and Crafts design. Lots of detail. Fine example.
A lovely silver and gold necklace with pendant in the shape of two conjoined hearts, one with the word “Mizpah” and the other with the verse “The Lord watch between thee and me when we are absent one from another.” “Mizpah” stems from the Hebrew word for “watchtower,” and was used in jewelry to symbolize protection for loved ones during an extended absence...
A vintage modernist sterling silver ring from Finland by Pekka Piekainen for Auran Kultaseppa Oy. Wave design. Thick, solid silver. Measures almost 1 1/4" across the top.

A detailed modernist bracelet in silver plated pewter by the noted Canadian jeweler, Robert Larin.
Measures 7" long and 1 3/8" wide. Box clasp snaps securely. Weighs 129 gr. Heavy and substantial. Has the R. Larin maker's mark and R.L. multiple times on the inside.
Interesting contrast of polished and oxidized surfaces.
Fine example of Canadian brutalist design.
A nicely cast sterling silver band of nautilus shells surrounds an oval, semi-translucent piece of gorgeous carnelian in this Arts and Crafts brooch presented here. I have had this piece for a little while and was reluctant to part with it because of its tactile beauty, its warm patina and the color of the stone that brings to mind warm, aromatic caramel. I am assuming this is a native, US-made brooch because it is simply marked for metal quality and I suspect it is a studio-made pin...
