A hand engraved sterling silver bangle bracelet from the 1940s-50s with a diamond motif. This bracelet measures 2-1/2 x 2-5/16" across the interior, 8-3/8" in circumference and 3/4" wide. It has a box clasp and two loops for a safety chain (chain not present). It has a repeating diamond with central flower design on the decorated side (the other is undecorated) and it is stamped STERLING with a maker's mark...

Being offered is a circa 1965 sterling silver bracelet by Los Ballesteros of Taxco, Mexico, heavy gauge silver hinged bracelet boasting a modern design with a large prong set amethyst cabochon; tongue and box clasp with security latch. Dimensions wearable 6 1/2"; 1 5/8" wide. Great weight. Marked. In excellent condition. As good as Pineda.

Sized for a man (yet resizable by a jeweler to fit a woman as well) this vintage Mexican silver and carved amethyst "mask" ring attracted me with its unusual brutalist setting. I don't think I have ever encountered a "mask" in a brutalist ring and I was quite thrilled with the discovery despite the fact that the stone was showing its age and the shank was burdened with a huge blob of solder thanks to somebody's clumsy attempt at resizing...

These delicate sterling silver pendant earrings have scrolled frames supporting small teardrops. They are designed in the tradition of solje jewelry from Norway. These earrings are marked only 925 on the screw backs; there are no other markings. They measure about 2 ¼ inches long by 1/2 inch wide. Weight: 7.7 grams

This silver pin has an intriguing, dynamic design of overlapping hollow half-moons. The asymmetrical feature of the design is sophisticated, and the piece is well constructed with a substantial feel. It has a secure rollover clasp and is marked Industria Argentina on the back. There is also a code that looks to be U51 and a partial silver mark in a diamond reserve, most likely .900. The pin measures 2 1/8 inches long by 1 1/4 inches at its widest part. Gross weight: 16.7 grams

A vintage sterling silver Palm Tree brooch by Frederick Davis. This early version has an unusual 'C' clasp with a locking hinge to hold the pin in place.

Signed with the impressed conjoined FD. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).

Measures 1 3/4" across and 2 1/8" high. Weighs 24 gr. The brooch has a warm patina with a little tarnish. The tip of the pin is slightly curved to prevent you from sticking yourself.

A sterling silver and turquoise pair of earrings circa 1930s. This 1-1/8" x 7/8" ecrewback pair of abstract design features what appears to be wings or a rayed feather and drapery style design with natural turquoise cabochons; they are marked only STERLING, they weigh 10.2 gr., and they are in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Wonderful early Navajo handmade 2 1/2" long sterling squash blossom earrings with stamping. These are screwbacks but could easily be converted for pierced ears. They are in fine original condition, weigh 11 grams and the reverse of the findings are marked sterling. Great Navajo earrings.

A 950 silver Komai damascene panels bracelet circa 1900 1920. This scarce bracelet from Japan features eleven 1-1/16" x 3/8" loop-linked panels with inlaid silver and gold on a black matte (actually iron) ground. The panels resemble those in room dividing screens, and each has a different design and a simple engraved design on the back of the silver sections. It also has a long safety chain and a box clasp which is stamped 950 SILVER. This bracelet measures 7-1/8" x 1/1/8"...

Greenish white jade bead necklace. It is made up of 45 beads. The central pearl is the largest, having a diameter of 15mm, the other pearls are of decreasing diameter. The clasp is in gilt filigree silver and is hallmarked "silver" on the reverse.Probably Chinese work from the 20th century.The colour is a very pale green The color is a pretty very pale green (the photo is correct for the colour). Modernist enamel boat by Madeline Turner, c.1940's, who studied enameling with Karl Drerup and designed jewelry for Tiffany and Georg Jensen, USA. Of good size, this gorgeous modernist domed enamel measures 2 1/8" high by 1 13/16" wide. The enamel colors are various shades of blue, yellow, green, red, tan, and white. Excellent condition. It can be mounted into a metal pin. Unsigned, this collection was purchased from a close family friend...

This band ring is just under 1/2" wide. It is a size 6. Its design consists of triangles and "balls" over an oxidized background. It is marked STERLING 925 MEXICO in a circle with a conjoined HF S in the center. It also has the assay mark with 111 inside (and marked 925 again). It is excellent condition.

A lovely Arts and Crafts period 830 silver high relief rose Skønvirke brooch circa 1900. This antique 2-1/8" x 1-5/8" pin has a long c-clasp and it is marked simply 830. It is quite likely this piece is Scandinavian, it is entirely consistent with early Skønvirke ("beautiful work") made popular by fine Scandinavian silver makers. It greatly resembles early Bernard Hertz work, but is not signed, other than the 830 silver mark...
