We have a Hector Aguilar cuff to offer today that is one of my favorite designs to wear. The silver is thick and is 1.5in. tall. The quality is further shown with a weight of 110 grams. Inside diameter is 2.25in. and can be professionally sized to fit if needed. The silver is deeply chased. On each side of the gap is a taller swirl than the width of the band giving it beauty all the way to it's ends. A collectors must have and all who desire a show stopper.
Iconic design for Antonio Pineda with a 17in. wearable and made with a quality 166 grams of 970 silver. Properly hallmarked as shown with no damage and a secure stringing. When I have looked at pictures in my past I always thought this was a huge wide piece. It is actually a tasteful .75in. width to the bottom link at 1.5in. tall. These Margot de Taxco necklaces with a large drop are getting very difficult to find. The drop has a stone 1 in. in diameter and the wearable length is a comfortable 17 in. long. The drop is 2.25 in. long and 2 in. across. No chips or cracks to the stone and no striations that come to the surface. A hefty weight of 74 grams reflect the quality of this treasure. Today we are offering from the taller of Margot de Taxco a large floral necklace and matching bracelet. This design 5488 comes in two sizes with this being the larger example at 1.25in. tall. This colorful bracelet is made of various Scottish chalcedonies set in sterling silver bezel mountings, for a total of seven panels. This is a pre-1948 Los Castillo amethyst cabachon necklace that is absolutely breathtaking. The piece is 16in. long and 7/8in. wide and weighing a hefty 84grams. Antonio Pineda pearl cuff is half an inch on one end and 1.25in. on the other. A swoosh reveals one simple pearl of 5mm set inside the darkened recess. This cuff is gleaming and reflects everything around it making it very difficult to photograph. There is no damage of any kind. To evaluate the size we show a 1in. gap and 6in. of silver. The diameter is 2.25in. across. This is elegant and perfect for the board room or for the little black dress. The weight is 69 grams and is heavy in your hand.
Excellent, elegant circa 1940s necklace by William Spratling, arguably the most important name in Mexican Silver. Heavy for it's size, this solid liquid silver necklace is constructed of hollow silver bars over seven silver chains of variying lengths. This design is understated, and extremely rare. The shortest chain measures just under 15" in length. The necklace is authentic and bears Spratling's circa 1940s stamp. Excellent vintage condition.
Antonio Pineda inlaid this creation with horizontal and vertical onyx pieces alternating. It measures .75in. tall and is 7.5in. long. The weight is 81 grams heavy. The onyx is all perfect with no chips or damage. One picture features the Fred Davis design necklace also listed on my site with this bracelet.
