This large oil on canvas is 29"H by 36.5"W in the original 6" period frame. It has been lined and restored. Ir is signed though a ghost signature as a result of overcleaning in the 1990's. George Maroniez was a member of the Salon des Artistes Francais in 1889, and started exhibiting there when he was just 22. He won several awards and was made Knight of the Legion of Honor.

It is oil on canvas, 16 1/8" L by 9.5" H in a beautiful 20th C gold leaf frame with outer dimensions of 22 6/8" L by 16 1/8" H. It is signed lower right and is in good condition. His paintings sell for up to $50,000 at auction.

It is in good condition, has been relined long ago, and is 34.2cm H by 23.1cm H. It is in an antique frame with outer dimensions of 47.3cm W by 36.8cm H. Isaac Van Oosten, Flemish, 1613-1661,Attribution. Stunning Flemish/Dutch, 16-17th C. Oil on copper. This piece is in excellent condition. The in-frame dimensions are 38" W x 30" H while the painting itself measures 28 1/4" W x 20 1/4" H. The amazing frame is from the 19th Century and showcases the beauty of the piece. The subject matter is Venus (in her Half Shell chariot pulled by doves) finding Adonis dead after the hunt she begged him not to go on.

Francois Gall, Hungarian/French, 1912-1987 "Le Petit Dejeuner" is a beautiful oil on canvas signed F. Gall (lower right) 20 x 17 1/2 inches, good condition, circa 1940-50. It is Gall at his very best and was in the private collection of Frederic Stern of the Gering Galleries on Wilshire Blvd, Beverly hills, CA.
