An early 20th century formal portrait of a lady painted by one of the leading portraitists of that century, Stanislav Rembski (1896-1998). A native of Poland, Rembski immigrated to the United States in the 1920s, working first in Brooklyn Heights, then Baltimore around 1940.

His paintings are in museum and private collections world wide, having been commissioned by Eleanor Roosevelt to paint a posthumous portrait of her husband, and of Woodrow Wilson...

Original oil on panel by Jacques Koslowsky (Lithuanian, American, lived in Paris and Mallorca, 1904-1993) of a standing female nude, circa 1950-1960. Signed l.r. 24" by 12" painting alone, 28" by 16" in its frame. Koslowsky studied art in Florence and Paris. Original oil painting on canvas by Lowell Nesbitt (American, 1933-1993)of a red anemone blossom. This painting is signed, titled, dated 1982, and inscribed "New York 1982" verso. It also bears the original Andrew Crispo Gallery label attached to the stretcher. 18" by 18", excluding original frame. In excellent original condition.

A pair of oil on card paintings, each signed lower left, by C. Ph. Weber. The first is of a church and churchyard behind a rock wall. The second depicts fishing along the Delaware river. Typical of the artist's work is the fine use of light and color, rendering an almost impressionistic feel.

Condition of the paintings is very good, with no damage or restoration...

19th Century American, "Landscape with Waterfalls". This is a very fine Hudson River School landscape, oil on academy board, 9 3/4 x 18 3/4 inches, c. 1880s, unsigned, in an ornate period gilt frame. Although this painting is unsigned it is quite well painted, evidently by a very competent artist.

The artist is Marise London, a Florida artist from Sarasota who had an art gallery there from the late 1970's til it closed in 2006.
